I absolutely love Dr Bach and the entire St. Joseph team. I've been seeing her for about 15 yrs now and have referred her to others, who have also recommended her to people they know. I feel like she does a great job of balancing the medical/technical side with empathy and genuine care for her patients. She explains things in a way that are easy to understand and truly is such a gem! My only complaint about services is that I miss being able to get my bloodwork done at that location. I was referred to LabCorp for that (this was a few mos back), and the appts were booked out several weeks and it was a somewhat time sensitive situation. I went as a walk-on and waited almost 2.5 hrs (which included their lunch break). The staff there seemed stressed and not super friendly, while the people waiting were upset and some were outright rude. It is what it is, but not the best situation.

One of a billion and I would not be so inclined to trade PCP's for all the money in the world. She plays a primary role in my quality of life and I appreciate her committed dedicated attention.

Provider walked out about 8 minutes after checking me, I didn't know she was not coming back. I still had one more question regarding a medication. When I told the MA she instantly told me I needed to book a separate appointment if I wanted to discuss other concerns. I informed the front desk about the situation, I didn't think it was right since I was already there. Front desk informed the "supervisor" and had me fill out a form. I was able to speak with the "supervisor " regarding the situation. He said he couldn't reach the doctor she was not available, to message her on MyChart.
