I have been seeing Dr Athena Andersen for over 10 years, the quality/quantity of her care has been great. The problem I've had is my ability to get an in person appt with her in less than 3 months. I choose to take video visits many times or I go to Urgent Care. She and her staff have gotten better at responding to MyChart inquiries and prescription refills which is great. I hope I never have to wait three(3) months to see her in person in the future.

Dr. Andersen is simply the best. She is an excellent physician and a compassionate human being. I never feel rushed whenever I see her, and I am always impressed with her intelligence and knowledge. I have recommended her to many friends and family.

Dr. Anderson is very attentive when I am speaking and have questions she definitely Quality time with me. She's always helpful when I call and response ASAP. She's always looking out for my well-being and is very helpful when I need assistance to see other medical personnel. I'm truly grateful that she is my primary caregiver.

I love Dr. Andersen. She always takes the time with me, which is, in my opinion, unusual for a doctor. I have not made all my appointments for tests she wants done, which is why I said "fair" to the question about making the appointments. Everyone I've ever interacted with at St. Joe's has been fantastic.

Dr. Athena Andersen is THE BEST doctor. She is a great listener. She explains what is happening and why...and if necessary suggests tests or medication that will thoroughly help discover or help with what the actual problem/disease might be. She has kept me healthy through the years even though I have some very strange and rare problems. She is fabulous.

Dr. Andersen is very attentive and shows a lot of care and concern for her patients. She always makes me feel heard and never rushed. She has excellent bed side manner.

In the approximately 15 years that I've been going to Dr. Andersen, she has consistently provided me with the best care possible. Back In 2011 she had to deliver the challenging news of my breast cancer diagnosis and she referred me to a marvelous group of hematologists, oncologists, and surgeons. I have been cancer free since 2012 and several doctors in my cancer team have retired or gone to other hospitals. Now, she's helping me navigate the Providence system to find another superb team of physicians. I have 100% confidence and trust In Dr. Athena Andersen.

I am a terrible patient. I don't follow through - I'm terrified. Dr Andersen seemed annoyed with me. Her attitude to me seemed.. Well if this patient doesn't care, why should I?

Doctors are getting less compassionate in dealing with patients in succeeding visit after my first time consultation with them. They just spent very short time with patients.

As always, Dr Andersen was positive and respectful. She listened carefully and spent time with me. I never feel rushed. She's an excellent Dr.

Dr Andersen took a lot of time discussing my mental health concerns. She is the best. She never judges and is always respectful. I highly recommend her.

Dr was very caring and very nice

I can only assume that I saw Doctor Anderson. She entered the room, did not introduce herself, her attire was certainly not medical professional. She went straight to the computer and only interacted with the computer. She did not seem the least bit interested in me or the problem for which I was there. She did however, get closer to The correct medication than any of the previous doctors. However the instructions on the bottle were to take 2 tablets daily she gave me 5. I'm no Doctor but I did graduate from the first grade. My pharmacy called on Thursday to see if there was an error. I called on Friday to see if there was an error. We never heard from the office at all. Hopefully there wasn't an error.

My doctor always makes me feel cared about. She listens to me and doesn't judge me when I have difficult or strange issues. I appreciate her a lot.
