99% was absolutely amazing! Everyone was super nice and welcoming. My provider listened to all my health concerns and was able to address most of them. I was shocked that Providence did not have any throat swabs in stock for the test I needed. Thankfully they were able to get them same day. Hopefully next time I won't need to come back for the throat swab!

Dr Kole is booked months in advance. Very difficult to make a timely appointment with her. I couldn't get a scheduled appointment for three months when I called.

Compassionate, available by message a timely manner followed up after testing to make sure care was continuous . Reminder me that she was available fr any questions . Sent to appropriate specialist

Very open discussion with Dr Kole regarding my current health concerns.

Dr. Kole is very attentive and listens during our routine visits. She is very knowledgable and gives very good suggestions to maintain or improve my health.

The appointment started as a wellness check but, since I'm having cataract surgery in January I needed a pre-op evaluation. Dr. Kole authorized these 2 to be done just this once for which I'm grateful. It does seem like it takes a long time to get an appointment.
