It was a routine visit for a yearly checkup. As it happened, I got COVID about two weeks before the appointment. Getting in touch with the provider through myChart was straightforward and she gave me good guidance before, during and after the visit.

I love Dr Saegh. She's very patient and I feel like she works with me on figuring out the problem and possible solutions. Never once did I feel like she presumes to know what I feel or have already figured out what the issue was. I'm always suspicious of doctors that already know what's wrong because that means they already have this idea in their head and won't listen to me anymore.

Just switched providers and it was refreshing and surprising how easy everything was from scheduling an appointment to getting blood drawn to receive results. I love that there's tech behind this whole experience making it easy for me to see my reports and reply during off hours instead of having to wait for the doctor to reach out or during business hours to ask questions.

Dr. Saegh is my primary care provider because she's an exceptional listener and treats me with respect. When a specialist is needed, she provides immediate referrals. She's also been willing to phone other doctors and speak to them on my behalf when needed.
