My Nurse Practitioner is wonderful! I trust her immensely. She is thourofull and very caring. Kind and patient.

This was my first visit with this provider (transfer of care after my previous provider left her practice). I had a very positive experience. The staff were friendly. Kim Casarotti was great. She spent a fair amount of time getting to know me and my medical history.

This was the first time that I was seen by Kimberly Casarotti and she was very compassionate and understood my concerns. She scheduled a blood test and did a urinalysis and then we had a phone conversation after the results were In and reassured me that all was well. She was great!

Kim is very compassionate and listens to my concerns without judgement or criticism. I'm notorious for not taking the best care of myself but she approaches my care with a "moving forward" attitude which I appreciate. The receptionist who checked me in wasn't super friendly but that seems to be status quo for any office these days. The MA was very kind as was the person who checked out my visit and made my follow up. Great experience over all.

Kim is knowledgeable, professional, always pleasant and shows genuine concern at all of my appointments with her. A number of months ago I had a severe body rash that was extremely itchy and difficult to determine the cause. At one point she even called me at home to see how I was doing. That was so kind and appreciated - and rare these days.

I had changed providers because I wasn't really feeling heard. Kim not only heard me but took charge in steering me toward a solution. I really appreciated her direct, respectful approach.

I appreciated the calls from the NP and from the staff at the reception area. They went well beyond my expectations.

This was my first visit for new primary care as I have moved from my old city. Everything was very smooth.

This was an establishing visit. The medical team was incredibly helpful and well prepared to utilize our time together efficiently while reviewing my relevant medical history.

She listened, was informative and celebrated an executable plan. Plus she's able to provide my Pap smear herself which is super helpful.

Seeing Kim the other day was great. Kim is very nice and asks all the right question and she listens to what you have to say. All the nurse practitioners in this office are great. It's nice going into the office and see smiling faces, it makes it easier to come see a doctor or nurse practitioner.I can't say enough about this group of dedicated workers.

I was not given very much information or assistance with the concerns I brought forward and was given very loose and unhelpful advice. Kimberly was alright but foster a sort of uncomfortable and eery environment in the room.

Kimberly Casarotti, FNP is a very attentive and concerned person who will fit you in when you don't have a prescheduled appointment if necessary. To make sure you're getting the best treatment, she will give you a referral if necessary. I'm confident in her as my provider and feel that she will do her very best.

Everyone in the office, including the nurse practitioner were very nice. She ordered x-rays right away on my knee and then put in a referral. I already have an appointment at orthopedic

I normally see another provider but she was booked 1 month out. Was grateful that I could be seen by another person in the office.

We had a transfer of care to Kim Casarotti. .. I was reluctant to meet with her however, to my surprise I'm glad I did.. I haven't felt this connection with a health care provider ever!!! Please don't let her leave Providence. Do whatever it takes to keep her!! She's a great asset to your company!!!! I work for Providence and work with a lot of health care providers.
