Dr. Kreng had always provided the best advice on my health questions. I find that MyChart is extremely helpful also , especially for patients who have been under the care of a provider for years. I can message my provider and get answers to questions that don't require an in-person or virtual visit.Dr Kreng is the best!!!!

This was a pre-surgery check up appointment. So nothing was wrong. My usual dr. awad was not available. I liked this doctor even better. I would like to see if I could change to her.

Dr Kreng always makes me feel heard. I've referred several people that have seen other Heritage drs but are unsatisfied and they always thank me after seeing her and contiue with her care.

Dr. Virany Kreng was fantastic from start to finish. Every visit with her is always pleasant and thorough.

Dr. Virany Kreng is not my regular medical doctor. I called in to my medical Doctor Kwan , for an office visit as I had fallen and wanted to get XRays to make sure I didn't break any ribs, and I was experiencing breathing problems.. Dr. Kwan was not able to see and her office referred me to Dr. Kreng. I had a very good experience with Dr. Kreng.

The Only issue that I have with our care provider and her staff are the wait times during a visit. However, I completely understand that this is often an unavoidable issue for any care provider and their staff.

Dr Kreng is knowledgeable, caring, resourceful and listens and responds to you as an individual and as her patient. I am extremely happy with the care I have received. The office staff are friendly and professional. I am particularly pleased with their responses on My Chart, quick and appropriate.
