Dr kwan was fabulous for first visit

My total experience with my provider was a very good one.

My office visits are always good and I feel that she listens to my concerns and takes care of what I need.

Dr. Kwan was exceptionally professional, courteous and patient throughout the exam. I was somewhat guarded due to my past experiences with other insurance providers I have had in the past 2 years; however, Dr. Kwan put my mind at ease and I am happy and content to be back with Providence. In other words, I finally felt confident that my health care will be going in a positive direction following my appointment with Dr. Kwan. Thank you very much.

I am so pleased you have stopped giving the patient that several page questionnaire each time we come to visit the doctor it took up time and it was never used for anything. Dr. Kwan is always very attentive and explains everything clearly. She always puts me at ease and honest with her answers no matter what questions I may ask her. I do not remember the Nurse's name but she also put me at ease when taking my blood pressure even though I have "white coat syndrome." We both celebrated when my pressure tested good!

Dr. Kwan spent time with me explaining a plan to cure problems.

Dr. Kwan took the time to review my medical history and recommended a new medication to maintain my health.

My last primary care physician was Dr. Jennifer Wong. I was lucky to see her for many years. When she retired last September, I needed to find a new primary care doctor. I saw Dr. Kwan last December when I had vertigo. I liked the way she worked with me then, so I decided to ask her to become my new primary care doctor when I came in for my annual physical exam last week. This is an important choice for me, since the primary care doctor figures out what to do about medical conditions and refers us to specialists, as needed. As expected, Dr. Kwan asked me to get some fasting blood tests as part of the wellness visit.

The provider was attentive and asked questions to get to know me better.

Dr. Kwan listen to my health needs and prescribe medication as needed. Also I am unable to schedule an appointment with Dr. Kwan, right away. I usually have to wait more than a week and a half. Hopefully you can find a solution.

Dr Kwan is very personalable and thorough, she initially diagnosed a significant heart issue and facilitated treatment and referrals to the appropriate specialist. I sensed genuine concern from her for my well-being 7 months and she is pleased with my current treatment.

Dr Kwan provided me with a BP medication that replaced my previous prescription medication which I had a bad reaction with. Which immediately improved my blood pressure. I am so grateful for Dr Kwan. Dr Kwan was able to prescribe a BP medication to one single pill instead of two pills!

Dr Kwan was my 1st time visiting her. She is very knowledgeable and answered all questions. I like her.

I was calling about a condition. We weren't sure if I had or not. It was difficult for the provider to provide me with any certain recommendations as we weren't sure if I had the condition or not. The condition was shingles. I was vaccinated for shingles but, I have no rash so, we weren't sure that I had it. All, other symptoms were symptomatic of shingles. The doctor did the best she could. I think she did a good job!

Dr Kwan listened intently to my knees and had a wonderful responses as she's new to my care and I'm very pleased with her

As a new patient In October my blood pressure was extremely high and I saw Dr Kwan 5 times approximately every 10 days to get my numbers under control. I may have avoided a stroke or heart attack, thanks to the doctor!

She was nice and took care of my need

This was my first visit with this doctor. My previous doctor, Jennifer Wong, retired so I chose this doctor as her replacement and I amVery happy with the results of my first appointment.

Appt was to establish care which I feel could of been done via emailing questionnaire. Provider really didn't do anything but ask questions that again could of been done via email. Instead of having to take time off work. Left visit with a sense of waste of time and provider not really wanting to hear my concerns. Said she'll discuss at next visit. So basically I got no where and on top of that said she needed to review so why was that not done prior to my appt.

Had to fine a new doctor cause Jennifer Wong retired happy with new doctor.

Please note my previous PCP Dr Wong retired so this is the first time for me to see Dr Kwan. The waiting room was peaceful, calm, and orderly. The front desk and medical staff was warm and helpful. My medical assistant's experience shown in her great attitude, kind, fun, helpful to me and I'm sure the doctor. It is important for the doctor's office to have quality staff, it reflects on the doctor. The doctor was calm, kind, and asked if I had other health issues that needed attention. She and the assistant gave me a plan (list of things to do) to care for myself. Thank you.
