I was informed when I arrived that the doctor was about 45 minutes behind schedule. If possible, when this is this is the case, I would appreciate receiving a text or phone call. I live close by and could take care of other obligations and arrive closer to the time the doctor is available. I realize that each situation is different and one cannot predict how much time will be necessary with each patient. I do appreciate the time the physician spent with me.

I have never ever haf a bad experience at Providence. As a matter of fact I am trying to encourage my husband to switch from uci to providence. I have peace of mind that no matter what questions I have all the medical staff from the doctors to the medical staff that answers the phone are the best. Everyone has been understanding, kind, extremely knowledgeable, helpful when I am in a panic(they calm me down when I am in a panic or scared). I have absolutely no intention of leaving Providence or Dr. Park in the foreseeable future. I just wish my husband would listen to me and transfer to Providence.

I informed doctor that my face was hurting, possible sinus infection. I asked provider to check my throat, ears etc he didn't instead only ordered an xray.

I had a really good experience with Dr. Park. My regular PCP is on leave, so I made the appointment with him for medication management. He was very friendly and efficient during my appointment and I would definitely choose him again if the need arises.

I had to wait well over a half hour past my appointment time. The Dr. Did not even acknowledge how late he was. He was nice enough and asked necessary questions.

There isn't anything that I can think of , my service was very good.

Exelent doctor with patients and knowledge

Dr. Park explain things well in simple language with examples that I could easily understand. I explained I had a brief period of morning dizziness and he explained in great detail I probably had mild form of vertigo.

The doctor had me waiting for over an hour in the exam room while he was on a phone call. I felt that the doctor wasn't great at listening and was making faces when I was sharing information about personal family history. The doctor did not apologize for making me wait for over an hour and acknowledge that or take any accountability. I'm very tired of doctors not respecting your time and I understand if things come up but it's apologizing for the way and taking accountability or at least recognizing that your patient had to wait an excessive amount of time. I waited so long that one of the nurses brought me water and Let me know he was on a phone call. It's just not acceptable. To top it off I didn't get the therapy referral I needed which was one of the main reasons I went to the visit. I am a mother of two with two babies under two and my time is very valuable and I don't feel that this provider respected my time whatsoever.
