This visit was a preop exam for cataract surgery. She was very thorough and helpful.

Dr. Won listened to my lungs with the stethoscope on my skin instead of through my clothing and listened to my concerns of familial lung cancer. She made me feel like my concerns were valid. She is to the point and yet caring. I appreciate her kindness.

This provider seemed very rushed( we actually started my appt early so she had plenty of time) and she did not listen well, she only spent about 5 minutes with me though she billed for longer. She did not ask specifics about my symptoms, she didn't know or ask anything about my current health conditions( she didn't review my chart). She was quick to want to prescribe a heavy duty migraine medication without knowing if that is the type of headache I have or without ordering testing to find out the root cause. She completely ignored my own questions and thoughts about what may be causing my headaches. She referred me to a neurologist which was the only positive outcome however, I saw that specialist prior and he was terrible, so really I got nowhere with this visit. Furthermore, in reviewing the after notes, there were many inaccuracies which further validated that she was not listening to me.Overall, this was a terrible experience. I will never use this provider again.

Jan was great. Easy to talk to and willing to help me with all my health concerns

Joanne is very nice and takes her time with you to understand what you are going through. She provides great follow up and necessary medication if needed to address my problem.

Her bedside manner is on the cold side

I was very grateful that I got to change my appointment to telehealth over the phone because I had gotten really sick because sometimes it takes a while to get in to see a doctor so we didn't waste any time by rescheduling this way and I appreciate the time they took to organize that

They did a great job

Joan Won PA was very thorough and ordered the necessary lab and EKG to clear me for surgery. I was informed my PCP was not available for about a month and the call center scheduled my call with Joan Won instead. Overall, it was a good experience.
