My meeting with Dr. Nichols went very well. X-rays he ordered showed me what was causing my pain. Dr. Nichols explained what would help me get my arthritis inflammation in control. The only thing was that the appointment booked was 6 weeks until my appointment. No other earlier appointments available.

Dr nichols is the most profesional and best primarily care I had in over 10 years.

It is my first time seeing Dr.Nichols he is actually just covering for my PMD , but he took the time to see me and really listen to my history /problem .And he seems to understand right away what is wrong with me and what test needs to be done base on my sympstoms.My problem has been going on now for almost 3 weeks , had been to ER three times already for same symptoms but ER MD does not want to admit me because they couldn't find wrong with my heart , but I keep telling them it is something else but they keep saying my PMD should be doing the work up . So when I saw Dr.Nichols and he had an idea on what's wrong with me right away , I was so relieved and thankful to him.I can tell that he really cares about his pt well being.

This appointment was just to get a necessary TB test for my employment. Front office staff and the nurse were wonderful. The doctor took a whole hour to see me, was fumbling around, wasting time chit chatting and asked me to take my mask off so he could remember my face if he saw me again, which would defeat the purpose of my wearing it in the first place. It just felt really awkward. Also ridiculous to be charged to see a doctor simply for a test the nurse administered. Otherwise great office staff and return visit to get clearance and paperwork from a LVN was easy. Dr. Nichols is not my regular primary doctor. I would not recommend him as while I respect his 50 yrs in medical care, I feel he may need to retire. Odd bedside manner as well.
