I don't call, I use the Portal and they answer or refill meds in a timely manner.

Only difficulty would be it's become much harder to get a timely appointment with Dr. Glaspy. I noticed she is no longer taking new patients which will most likely help this situation. I can understand why so many would want her, she's just amazing.

Excellent experience. I had what I thought might be an emergency. They got me in quickly from the request. I left on the portal got me a referral for an x-ray and an MRI very quickly. I always have a great experience with this provider and using the portal.

Was welcomed by this care provider and all bases were covered during this visit. I still have to schedule tests she has req'd. I did run a slight fever from a the new pneumonia shot for a couple of days but I was glad to get the vax. And my prescriptions have been renewed so I am happy.

She is a very kind and beautiful person. She always talks to me with kindness and compassion. I truly trust her with my care.

They always take time to answer questions, ask any questions that might occur during visit, no hurry, take time to make sure I was comfortable and thought about thre questions before answering.

Bernadine Deramo is amazing! She knows about my health matters and history, and is ALWAYS attentive and thorough. We discuss things candidly and without judgement, just guidance and knowledge. She is also extremely personable. She also knows about my husband and always asks about how he is doing as well.

Bernadine D'Eramo, is highly intuitive to my concerns. She asked more specific questions as I provided additional information. After listening to my input and asking questions, she then listened to my breathing, checked my throat, ears, and more. After Bernadine collected information, she prescribed Prednisone and an antibiotic.
