The staff members who set up the virtual visit were intent on providing a successful visit and they accomplished that goal. Doctor Cordero was understated, calm, and courteous. He spoke directly and was at once calming and informative. He answered my questions clearly and succinctly. He understood my concerns and allayed my fears. By reviewing my medical information and providing appropriate guidance he set me on the road to recovery. I was very pleased with the personal interaction and the medical advice.
