Sharone Pearlman has been a very important person in helping me to manage my health issues. She is my "go to" source when I am having a problem as I know I will get good advice and recommendations and/or a referral if necessary. I feel as if she is as much of "Doc" as my primary physician who is less available. And while she never presents herself as a "Doc" it's very clear that she has the has the knowledge, expertises and experience to deal with a wide range of medical issues. She is also a very caring individual who listens to your issues and respects your feelings and opinions on what's happening. I could not ask for a better care giver and feel fortunate that she is available.

In order to accommodate me as soon as possible I spoke with Sharone, an appt was set up for 4pm, was told she'd try to call me around noon. Sharone called at 1230 and the phone consult worked well. My first interaction with Sharone, I found her helpful, approachable, knowledgeable, informative, and understanding. She listened to me and didn't rush me, called in some prescriptions and told me what to expect. On this occasion everyone from the first call worked together to make sure I was able to speak with medical personnel for my issue and I really appreciate that.

Provider followed up in a timely manner regarding questions about new prescriptions.

Sharone asked me questions that indicated that she cared about my life and about me as a person. I was hoping that they would ask, she was the only one who did. I appreciated her kindness very much.

I am a new patient, who came with an urgent bunion/severe gout diagnosis. I got an immediate referral appointment for the same day. Surgery was scheduled, and completed shortly thereafter. Follow up with primary and surgeon have been timely, responsive, and thorough.

She did not tell me she ordered a prescription and what it was for.

I am on a [ID] plan with Mission Heritage Medical Group. All my doctors are associated with Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo. Doctor Noorian is my PCP and is an outstanding doctor. He has diagnosed several Illnesses and referred me to a number of specialists. NP Sharon Pearlman is an excellent provider as well, she is very competent and listens to my concerns, and she asks many questions and Is patient. The doctors that Dr. Noorian has assembled as my team of doctors have been providing me with the best care I have ever received. When my wife reaches 65 in a few years I will heartily recommend my plan and doctors to her.

After explaining my symptoms Sharone was able to give me advice and prescribe me the proper medication which she called into the pharmacy immediately. I am so appreciative of her prompt response when I was feeling so poorly.

It's been difficult the last year or so to get messages to providers. Too many people involved . Much better service in the past when I was able to leave a message for my physicians PA. I always received a timely call back and my needs were met whether it was for a refill on a prescription or something I needed from my physician. Sharone is an outstanding PA.
