Dr Samoori was my moms doctor for some time and has been mine for many years and would I recommend her to anyone

It's challenging getting an appointment but the practice is great and I do refer Dr. Samoori to friends and family

I felt the time with the doctor was rushed and didn't seem thorough for an annual welllness check. The staff in the office seemed indifferent. If I have an urgent issue, I go to an urgent care facility rather than trying to see my primary care physician as appointments are difficult to get.

Dr. Samoori is very approachable and thorough.

The receptionist were very efficient and kind, accommodated my schedule as best they could, as someone with a complex schedule in appreciate this very much. When I checked in it was smooth. They had a very difficult client after me whom was raising her voice and being very condensing to them, but they handled her complaints with nice yet firm answers at a professional level. I went in for vitals and in a room with a very nice assistant, once Dr.Samoori came in I felt the she was there to seek to understand my lifestyle my needs and didn't feel any pressure nor judgment. Once I left with my referrals, I left the office with a kind "Have a great day!" out the door, (the lobby was very full!). As a first time client, I felt very comfortable and understood by the staff and Dr.Samoori.

Everything is great with Dr. Rama Samoori except the appointments. There is a 3 months gap between when you call in to get an appointment and the first open slot they give you. I also had an emergency concern that I wanted to show her the same day or next but she wasn't available and I ended up going to an urgent care.

It would have been great if the clerks were able to get my [ID] card to accept the co-pay. Had to use my debit card. Happy to have found a GP that listens well and was helpful in referring me to some other medical professionals who might be able to help my with special issues.
