My doctor listens and is kinda and patient and smart thinking about solutions and solving issues and addressing all my concerns no matter how small or big and making sure I get all the test done I was glad I did not have to go to a separate obgyn appointment she did test on the spot I would have put this off otherwise and been nervous

She was very professional and knowledgeable about my health issue and I felt comfortable talking with her. I will continue to schedule my wellness exams and follow ups with Dr. Ball.

This was first visit so it's hard to make informed comments or ratings. Doctor was very professional but not very "warm" - hard to know if it is her approach to new patients, her personality or just the day I had appointment. (I don't question her medical knowledge and plan to see her for follow-up to blood work she ordered). Her staff was very friendly and professional so the contrast between doctor's demeanor and office staff was all the more striking.

I fell and had bruisings. The ER advised me to see my primary. I had to wait a day or so before they called me with appt. They squeezed me in. I was pleased. I liked all the kinesiology tests she gave me.

The first appointment from my doc was nice and relaxing. The doc spent time with me to understand my concerns. The 2nd visit was on a strange day because of the technical issue affecting the world but the appointment was late to start and seemed super rushed. I had more questions and was not given an opportunity to ask them.

Dr Ball is an excellent listener and looks for solutions to my challenges.

Dr. Ball-Zondervan has been my PCP since my last PCP retired. She is always making a thorough observation during exam and asking questions what I though beyond a wellness check (e.g., dandruff issue). She helped to open more and bring up any concerns regarding my health. She is very caring and to the time to answer any questions I have in a detailed manner. She provided solutions for any health issues I have and continue to monitor my progress along the way. She is also very responsive for any communication made through MyChart app (e.g., my blood pressure monitoring records, request for prescription refill, changes of pharmacy, etc.). Once I sent a message on a Friday afternoon and didn't expect any response until Monday, but I received her response a few hours later. I am very happy with my experiences with her.

My mother's doctor always directs her questions to her, even though she is [Date of Birth] and hard of hearing; then she will check in with me to make sure we are on the same page. She is always respectful when trying to collect information from my mother. She is extremely thorough when gathering information and returning information to my mother.

I felt very comfortable with Dr. Ball. She did not rush anything she listened to me. Good visit.
