I really like my provider! She really listens to me and tries to help. The only thing that is a challenge is if I needed to see her for an ear infection or something like a regular illness, it's hard to get in, so I have to go to an urgent care. But that's not the worst thing, because I think she takes care of my overall health.

Dr. Bisuna is one in a million and in the short time (2 years or so) I've been her patient, she has done way more than all my doctors put together in holistically managing my care. Absolutely love Dr Bisuna. She is very attentive to all of my concerns and takes the time with me. My only complaint was I had to wait over 45 in the waiting room before even getting to an exam room and multiple people came in and got called before me. So frustrating when you have an appointment and don't see the provider until an hour after the appointment time.

Dr. Bisuna is wonderful in terms of listening to her patients. She takes a lot of time and doesn't make me feel rushed. I do wish there were a way to better schedule her patients, as I typically wait 30-40 minutes before being seen. I would still take her patience and care so I don't mind the wait time but it's just a little frustrating that I know I will not be seen right away. Again though, she is so respectful and ljstens, which is why I had switched to Dr. Bisuna from another physician in the practice.

They had become a 6-10 week regular occurrence for at least two years until she prescribed a combination drug and OTC medication that stopped them immediately.
