I especially appreciate that Dr. Fu and her team are always very responsive. They are quick to respond to my emails and questions. In this last visit, I had an Infected thumbnail bed that was extremely painful. I emailed the doctor with a picture of my swollen and painful thumb. They called me right away and set up an appointment that same day! The next day a follow up visit was needed to lance and drain the swollen and infected part of my thumb. Again, Dr Fu made herself available and worked me in to her schedule as her last patient. That was very helpful in order to treat my condition and to help move the healing process forward. I'm so glad that Dr. Fu is my doctor and appreciate her and her team!

I have been seeing Dr Fu for a number of years. She listens and welcomes any medical concerns I may have, while being very efficient with our time. 2 years ago I saw her when I was concerned that I was not getting my vitality back after a surgery and was experiencing a rapid heartbeat and sometimes dizziness. Dr Fu said that I should see a cardiologist, we set that up and an ablation was done. I am extremely thankful that Dr Fu did not minimize my symptoms.. I am a patient who is apt to minimize symptoms as trivial but she quickly knew that this was something that needed to be addressed. Again, feel very fortunate to Dr Fu as my primary care physician.

Did not receive what I asked for

I had made a tele health appointment for April the [Date] a few weeks back . On the morning of the appointment I tested positive for COVID . Dr Fu addressed the COVID illness with immediate prescription and advice . She then took the time to address my other questions ( the reason for the appointment in the first place) with ordering some tests and also requesting that I see her in person in October post tests . I feel that Dr Fu was generally concerned about the COVID illness and I really appreciate her prompt response in ordering medication.
