Everything about this was very easy and terrific. From the initial visit that had to be converted to an urgent care virtual visit the girl was terrific. Then the staff in the doctors office was credible with setting up the call and giving me status updates, And I cannot think the doctor enough for listening to my concerns, Very meticulously reviewing my medical history wall on the call, And addressing all of my questions. In addition, letting me know anything that I should look out for or other factors including rebound Covid from taking Paxlovid. The way he explained everything was just absolutely exceptional And the information he gave me was helpful not only to myself, but the way he explained it allowed me to explain it to others. I kind of wish that he was the one on the news explaining Covid, Rebound Covid, And all of the things to look out for Because the manner he did made it very professional, but also understandable and relatable to someone that wasn't a doctor. I would love to have him as my primary care physician!, But I imagine he is only an urgent care doctor.

Delivering personalized care and having a provider being genuinely concerned and knowing a patient makes the difference between average and exceptional service. I firmly believe Dr. Tsao and Dr. Bedran (my PCP) understand this difference and go the extra mile and deliver health care the way it's intended.

Dr. Tsao Was extremely good. I had X-ray for a wrist injury. The X-Ray was inconclusive so Dr. Tsao immediately did a specialist consult to make sure It was OK. That was extremely good practice In my opinion. It ended up being clear.I was very Impressed by Dr. Tsao thoughtfulness and competence.

The Doctor was excellent, and was very clear and helpful.

I chose this provider based on the information given to me by my insurance company. This was not a good fit. The Dr only wanted to address ONE issue I was having and wasn't willing to address anything else. I rarely see a Dr unless I truly need to. This visit was a waste of my and the doctor's time.

Dr.Tsao is not my primary care doctor, but saw me for a pre-op check-up before cataract surgery.

The doctor was very patient and kind. He recommended we use antibiotics at this time. He couldn't see a foreign object but now a week later I still feel pain although less. Swelling definitely less with the antibiotic. The pros for not extracting with cut outweighed the cons at that visit. Hopefully it stays that way. Great service. Dr. Tsao diagnosed my condition as possibly being musculoskeletal and prescribed a muscle relaxer medication - which seems to have helped.

I could not get into my primary care doctor. The office made this appointment at the urgent care. I appreciate the time and effort.

Dr. Tsao was probably under a lot of stress to take care of too many patients. In fact, he said that to me when I asked for two additional referrals for an ENT and GI doctors. He said he only had enough time to do the Neurology referral. Also, he interrupted me when I tried to talk and he also said I didn't need the other referrals and didn't allow me to tell him why I wanted them. He talked too fast, which is not uncommon these days, but I'm not very inclined to see him again. I'm seeing my new PCP on [Date] to straighten out this confusion. Thank you for this opportunity to speak out. I just think, Dr. Tsao just needs a little training on talking to patients especially ones in my age group.

Best visit to a provider!

He went over some techniques to manage the sty on my eyelid and prescribed some ointment. At the end of the visit he reviewed the techniques. He was kind and knowledgable.

Dr Tsao was excellent during my visit. I followed up with him on My Chart twice with questions; once after 5:00. He responded to me quickly both times.

This wasn't my usual office and my visit was virtual. This was so helpful for very quick care. I was VERY impressed by the immediate response to call backs from the staff and from the doctor! I had an adverse reaction to an antibiotic a couple days later and I received help within an half hour. Even the doctor quickly gave me another prescription and I picked it up in less than two hours. The communication was wonderful and so appreciated! So proud of my care team!

I was not feeling well and did not want to drive the 20 minutes to get to the clinic. While I don't normally see Dr. Tsao, he was very Attentive, concerned, and appreciative of my dislike of medication, my preference for natural medicine, and gave me several options, which I asked about. He was very open to listening to me. This is a rarity, unfortunately in medicine makes him a very good physician.

Went to LaPaz office for urgent care . I was experiencing severe pain in back and leg. Waited about 45 minutes to see dr. Tsao who was personable, professional, and diagnosed it as sciatica after 3 exrays. Felt better within 1day with meds and cortisone shot.

I have never seen Dr. Tsao (sp?) before. I was pleasantly surprised, as he was very knowledgeable and explained my issue and offered at home follow up. I was a clinic appointment walk-in I scheduled for this same day. It was nice to be able to use that scheduling and somewhat plan my visit appointment. The doctor was great and felt good about all the options and explanations he was providing me as my knee had increased in pain this day beyond belief. He took x-rays to be sure there were not any broken bones and showed me how to properly wrap my knee with an ace bandage. I couldn't have been more pleased and appreciated the medication he prescribed as needed, as well at PT.

It was my first visit with Dr Tsao and I really liked him. He had a wonderful bedside manner that put me completely at ease on a day when I was feeling terrible. He had familiarized himself with my conditions and listened carefully and respectfully to everything I shared with him. I felt his diagnosis and prescribed treatment was correct. I would definitely recommend him to a friend.

Dr Tsao did most of the talk as though he carried on a conversation with some acquaintance rather than a doctor and patient. I was expected to see an MD family practice but instead saw a DO. How he came across pretty much explained who what he was.
