However, with that being said, If I'm ill and need an appointment it is very difficult to get one with Dr. Middleton. He is usually booked three months in advance. Dr Middleton was excellent. However getting an appointment with the general surgeon was not. I spent 7 hours in the emergency room and was diagnosed with a hernia. Dr Middleton also agreed it was a hernia yet I can not get into see the surgeon for a visit for a month or so. I should have the surgery now.

I recently had an appointment with my favorite doctor, Doctor Midelton, and during my appointment I was very slow speaking because I believe I am still sick with what I believe is a persistent viral Illness that has resurfaced again after 27 years, I was NOT able to communicate this to my most Excellent Doctor, But I was able to communicate flu like symptoms to him, so he provided me with great medications for a cold or flu. My Wife and I have been fortunate enough to have this superb doctor for the last 25 years. He has done Soo much to help my wife and I. I want to take this opportunity also to greatly thank nurse practitioner Summer, (Who I would highly recommend to a Family member,) for referring me to Dr. Midelton, and I was able to get an appointment with him very quickly which I am very grateful for! After the appointment was completely over, I remembered to ask a medical assistant to note on the computer my Diagnosed persistent viral Illness and communicate this to my health provider. This diagnosis was made by a former health provider between 27 and 28 years ago. As I vaguely recall at that time, this illness caused me to be out of work for quite a few weeks. Thank you very much for this opportunity to relate this to you!

The doctor orders lab work and I never hear from him. I know my cholesterol, sugar, and blood pressure are high, but he has never talked about ways of bringing the numbers down. He never follows up and doesn't know my medical history. What's the point of having tests done when no one ever talks to you about the results and what can be do. I can see that he hasn't even reviewed the results after weeks of having them done. I pay soo much for my insurance to have this type of service, it's unacceptable and dangerous!!!

I had knee pain, so I was provided with a cortisone shot and an x ray. I was not offered any medication such as Naproxin, which I subsequently received at urgent care because my pain was so great and I asked for this subsequent to my appointment, but was never offered it. In addition I requested numerous times to have physical therapy for my knee condition and I finally was granted my request.

I LOVE my Doctor! Scott Middleton has been my doctor since I was 18 yrs old. I'm 55 and he still gives the best care. Bedside manner is nearly extinct and cannot be taught. I'm blessed because good customer service like his is rare and doesn't exist anymore.
