I wish that I can see my Doctor more but the PA is great she so thoughtful attentive to my concerns always she is great

Samantha Jacinto is a excellent doctor and has also previously made me feel important to address my needs. Very positive and upbeat person and makes you feel comfortable sharing the issues you have.

I love seeing Samantha because she never seems to be in a rush with me. She listens to all of my concerns, and seems to really care.

I was at the emergency room a few days before with lumps on my arm and they told me to follow up with my primary doctor. I mentioned it to the PA and she said she would look at it and never did so I guess she wasn't concerned like I am so I didn't get the care I should've gotten

I felt rushed this time and I felt more of a nuisance on that visit. She didn't really examined my left shoulder much. I got the MRI I felt I needed to determine the cause of the pain.

Very pleased with my visits

I had an emergency that only my PCP could deal with. Very uncharacteristically the doctor refused to see me because of patient load. I had a unique situation the doctor had been school on the last time this happened to me. It was imperative the doctor and NOT the PA weigh in on my freak accident. I had to beg and refuse to leave in order to be heard. I would not recommend anyone be treated this way in this situation.

This first counseling visit was very helpful in helping me cope with drastic changes in my lifestyle. And also loss of my oldest sister to cancer. I was able to talk about the change of moving to a senior living assistance place and my loss of independence in living alone also. The counselor was very understanding and I feel I can learn better how to accept my change in life much better, be less afraid and have as many counseling talks as I can that are available. The purpose of this visit was to obtain a pre-op clearance. All parts needed to obtain that clearance were completed.
