I am always happy with the care providers at this location. I would like to see that when a doctor makes a recommendation for a particular drug that it is accepted by the insurance company and the insurance company does not try to use a lesser drug because of their bottom line.

I had never met Alice before. I tested positive for Covid on Monday. I called the office, and a woman there recommended that I meet with Alice via a Zoom call the next day. I met with Alice the next morning. She was very kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the pros and cons of taking Paxlovid. I decided to try it, so she put in a prescription for me. I felt so much better after speaking with Alice and am glad that I had a chance to meet with her on Zoom. She's a very caring and helpful PA.

Called the office at 10:45am, explaining that I had tested positive for COVID. A video visit with Alice Wang took place at 11:20am. I had my meds by 12:30pm. Ms. Wang was very calming, helpful, and answered all of my questions. She really set me at ease.

My P A Alice was exceptionally knowledgeable helpful and sympathetic during my visit. When she learned I had fallen on my hip and was worried IHad fractured it she immediately arranged for an X-ray! The same day a few hours later she called to give me good news that my bones were in good shape and though I had suffered a fall there was no fracture. I had been very worried. Alice was knowledgeable kind and through. I had not met Alice before but so glad to receive such excellent help from her that day. I am very thankfully for the good news I received from her later.!
