Doctor Michael A Malouf, has provide the best medical care Doctor for myself, then any other Doctor I have seen at Providence St Joseph Heritage medical group, Doctor Malouf really cares about his patients.

My position was to analyze charts with a fine tooth comb to make sure all [ID] laws were in compliance being a legal document. Dr. Malouf's care of his patients was so outstanding that I chose him as my Primary Care Physician. In over 30 years & many Family Practice Physicians he is the most excellent & outstanding PCP I have ever had the honor of analyzing his records. I so appreciated Dr Malouf's extra care and follow up to the blood test ordered to check for a possible DVT. He contacted me as soon as he got the results, just 3 hours after I had the blood drawn.

I have been absolutely amazed and grateful for the compassion and care provided by Dr. Michael Malouf, his nursing staff, and his admin staff. I can say the same for the care and attention I have received from the medical staff at St. Joseph's. In this day and age, I am absolutely happily surprised by the level of professionalism and care provided through St. Joe's. I wish I had always been with the St. Joe medical system.

I have nothing bad to say at all. I live in the desert and still choose to see Dr. Malouf when I need to even though he is 1 1/2 hours away from me. I often use their video calls too which are excellent.

Dr Malouf is an exemplary physician! He is in the top tier of physicians; absolutely The Best.Other younger physicians should mentor under him to have lived out before them what it means to value patients, care for them, encourage them in their health goals & provide excellent, best-practice care.

I went to see Michael Moulaff for a blood pressure check and ask for some referrals to doctors for certain issues and was good at discussing them and getting them quickly. Also discussed all my lab results I had done in November. It was a good visit!
