The visit to this provider's clinic was a satisfactory one. The staff and the doctor were all friendly and patient. This made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

She listened and considered my requests about my conditions and also gave me best option that I can agree upon and explained things in easy to understand terms.

I had such a great experience coming to Providence. From the front office staff, to the nurse and doctor, everyone was very pleasant and respectful and took the time to explain things and any questions I had. I felt very comfortable and was very happy with my experience. I would definitely recommend others to Providence/St. Joseph.

My 1st experience with this facility was exceptional!!! Everyone was curtious,considerate and caring! I was asked questions,my concerns and everything was answered and I was given follow up appointments for my health issues and concerns. By far my best experience with any health facility!!

This was my first visit to the office and with the Dr. I have a 17 month old toddler so I had to plan this visit for 2 months because I needed my mom to come to stay with my daughter. I was told at this visit there would be no exam or Pap smear done because it was just to establish care. No one relayed this to me prior to the visit and I have never had a provider do this In the past. They said they didn't want to bill the Initial visit and exam on the same day and that there might be an Issue with my Insurance. I told the Dr that I would organize with my Insurance If there was an Issue and that I could not come back another day for an exam. Now the exam was lacking. I had to request for the breast cancer check. Dr said that they don't do that anymore. She didn't look In my ears, my eyes or my mouth. She barely looked at my body at all. She did do the Pap smear for me though. She just listened to my heart and lungs. I asked the MA before I left if they don't check eyes, ears, mouth anymore? She said only if there are symptoms. Well this was a wellness preventative exam shouldn't a thorough exam be done for preventative purposes?I felt like she didn't want to look at me or even want to touch me or she was uncomfortable. She was more about referrals and test than a hands on physician. I honestly don't know what an exam would entail. Bc I had to ask for the breast exam. And she didn't look at anything else. I was dissatisfied with how not thorough the exam was and the lack of interest in the examination. If this is a new policy I honestly don't see the point of a wellness exam at all, because nothing is examined. I feel like you have to be sick to get care, but I am trying to prevent illness/sickness.

I had a TERRIBLE experience with the doctor directly before coming to providence, with a doctor who dismissed every one of my symptoms and told me to eat more vegetables. When I came to see Dr. Nguyen she listened to everything I said, treated me with the utmost respect, and immediately offered plans to help me with my symptoms. One of the best medical experiences I've ever had.
