This was the first time I had an appointment with Dr. Davenport. He was very patient and kind and recommended vaccines that were due but did not insist I have them. I did get two vaccines that were due but declined the COVID booster. I appreciate Dr. Davenport not pressuring me to get the booster. This was the first time I met with him.

I appreciate Dr Davenport taking the time to listen to my needs, offer advice/solutions and for genuinely caring for me as a patient.

Have only seen Dr Mark Davenport twice in probably close to 40 years and that was for my young sons upper respiratory infection. I booked with him on [Date] because he was the only provider with an available appt in the next month+. My appt was fine. He looked at my complaint and prescribed antibiotic - which was what I'd expected. He was easy to talk to

I am so glad to have been seen by the doctor as my case was somewhat urgent. Luckily, Dr. Davenport had an opening on [date].

I think Dr Davenport scoffed when I attempted to explain PNH. When reading the after visit notes, I noticed a multitude of comments relating to my physical condition that could not have any to do to with reality. Dr Davenport did NOT exam me- at all! Not my ears, eyes abdomen- nothing. How could he report ANYTHING? After he left the room, an MA kindly scheduled an exam. I'll be asking for a different primary.

I feel like Dr Davenport just focuses on giving prescriptions. I'm having symptoms of BPH and asked for a referral to a urologist. He told me he handles " this" and prescribed Flowmax. I would have preferred to discuss all options to deal with BPH, including natural remedies. I'll be scheduling a consult with a urologist on my own.

I saw Dr. Davenport for my annual [ID] routine visit. Dr. Davenport reviewed my medical files (prescription drugs, date of last colonoscopy & findings, listened to my concerns about my glucose and PSA level in my blood from the previous yearly visit. Dr. Davenport addressed those concerns and ordered a pre-diabetic blood test as well as the normal blood tests. He listened to my heart and we had positive discussions concerning my life in general.

Great doctor, would highly recommend him.

Everyone, and I mean every single person I come in contact with, on the phone or in the office, at my medical group, is kind, knowledgeable, and efficient at their jobs. I also appreciate that my medical group moved offices from the tower to this complex because the multi-level parking structure and the lack of ease to making it to appointments was physically and mentally draining to me; it made going to see any of my doctors a dreadful proposition.

Everything went totally good, and I was actually calm and relaxed

I would definitely recommend this practice, however, I would not recommend this physician. I was not feeling well during the visit or I would have realized that Dr. Davenport never listened to my heart or lungs, nor did he check my ears or throat. He stood at the computer the entire time. His notes, on MyChart, recorded the main reason for my visit as cough. Yes, I had a cough, but my chief complaints were severe sinus congestion, post nasal drip, sore throat and fatigue. He prescribed antibiotics and cough syrup and suggested allergy medicine and Flonase but never examined me. I see several doctors at St. Jude Heritage for a variety of conditions and am very satisfied with my care. He Is not a member of my regular care team. I am rarely "sick" but know that in retrospect I was not provided quality care. As a matter of fact, it was a week ago since my visit and I am still not feeling well. Dr. Davenport Is kind but did not provide quality care.

I have seen Dr Davenport on several occasions when I was unable to see my own doctor, Ynolde Smith, in a timely manner. I needed a surgical approval and Dr. Davenport was available and did a good exam. I only wish that I was able to see my own doctor when I have matters requiring attention.

My primary physician has been Dr. Mark Davenport for many years. I feel very comfortable in my asking questions about my health and recieving caring, accurate answers and reassurance. I am extremely happy with the care I am and have recieved by Dr. Davenport and all my other attending Dr.s I have or are currently seeing and I am very satisfied with the medical group and staff

The provider answered my questions but did not complete a full annual physical that I had made the appointment for. But I noticed on my take home report the tests were marked as completed and satisfactory.

I just had my initial appointment with Dr. Davenport in February on May [Date] I sliced my finger open with a kitchen knife at five in the morning. I called the Saint Jude number, and I did get an RN to instruct me what to do, at exactly 8 o'clock I went to the office, and the receptionist was able to get me to see Dr. Davenport immediately. He literally put my finger back together again. It was not just dangling, but it needed a butterfly stitch, and Dr. Davenport did it within 10 or 15 minutes as after I entered the office. I was very happy with that.

The doctor didn't really pay in off attention to my concerns

Dr Mark was exceptionally understanding, clear, encouraging and thorough!

When I see my care provider, it always seems like it's the first time he's met me and that the information in my chart is new every time. I've asked twice for a dermatology referral as I'm almost 50 with fair and freckled skin. He's slightly glanced over my back and arms and said that I'm "fine" I had three spots frozen off a couple months back and one returned and still no dermatology referral. It just feels like every wellness check is a very surface level experience.

This provider has to be one of my favorites, he listens and answers questions. Will always ask follow up questions and ask if there is anything else that needs to be addressed. Always respectful and doesn't talk down to me as the parent
