Best doctor I have ever had..... Hard to get appointments but not fault of doctor

Doctor Lu is a new doctor, I am very happy with her. Doctor Ogden moved to a different position.I've seen a couple of other male doctors there that I was not happy with at all.Doctor Ogden was the best!! But I think Doctor Lu is going to be a nice replacement.

Dr Lu is my favorite doctor that I trust completely. Been with her for years. She genuinely cares about my health and goes above and beyond to make sure I get the best care with referrals and taking prescriptions that are necessary for my heart health. I believe her 100%. I've been against the prescriptions until this visit with her. She is the best doctor I've ever had.

Dr. Lou and staff were absolutely amazing

This was 1st time I'd seen Dr Lu. I would normally have had my annual wellness appt with Dr Benoit. I liked Dr Lu very much. She has lots of energy and was very easy to talk to.

Dr Lu and her staff is outstanding and overall top notch. Providence central appointment desk needs to be improved. Send it back to the Doctors staff to make appointments.

This was my first visit with Dr Lu as my primary care physician after seeing Dr. Benoit for the last 30 years. I hope that Dr. Lu will be my PCP for the next 30!

Dr Lu's whole team was so caring. I was seen quickly, all of my concerns were heard and addressed, and I have a unique health condition that she did extra research for to make sure that the care and medication she was prescribing would be safe for me. I already have referred friends to her as well because Dr Lu is a phenomenal doctor and person.

Dr Lu is amazing. She addressed my problem immediately. She followed up right away and gave me a prescription that relieved my pain from a condition I have. I had the same thing in December. I went to urgent care. They called a couple days later and just told me to stop taking the antibiotic. Where's Dr. Liu followed up and made sure that the medicine that I was taking relieve the pain. I'm truly grateful for her.

Something came up in my medical records which Dr. Lu took the extra time to investigate. She let me know her findings before I left the office.

Always a professional experience

Overall doctor listen and tried to address my concerns but felt very rushed and show lack of empathy and didn't seem to be open to listening to my request for certain blood test, I'm over 50+ , wanting to know about my hormone level, I had to argue with dr why I want to know? Felt dismissed about my concerns and my menopause symptoms, why do I need to argue for my own blood test to see what level I'm at? Doctor didn't call to go over your results, you just have to read what the result shows and figure out yourself? That's really terrible service/provider.

This was the first time I had the privilege to interact with Dr. Lu and she was incredible. Typcially it is challenging to get an appointment but she made it happen for me and did not rush when she interacted with me. Her and her nurser were an wonderful team that valued me as a patient and were very caring in their approach. It has been by best experience by far at this practice and I will wait in the future to make sure I see her and her nurse as they are definitely in the excellent category.

I had my new patient appointment with Dr. Jennifer Lu, she is absolutely wonderful! She took the time to go in depth and explain each category of my recent blood work and their results with me, and even offered positive solutions. She gave me direction and guided me on my next steps to improve my health. She is one of the best doctors I've ever had in a really long time. My only complaint would be the nurse who saw me and questioned that if I knew I was deficient in certain vitamins that why did I not do anything about it. It may not have been her intention but it came off wrong. I had been struggling to retain a doctor due to my previous health insurance so it was very difficult for me. Other than that, Dr. Lu is extraordinary and overall I had a positive experience.

Dr. Lu consistently speaks to me in understandable terminology and provides me with various options for treatment. On this particular visit, when the office assistant called to schedule an appointment to review my cardio CT results, I had expressed to the assistant that I was really concerned about waiting through the weekend for the results. She shared this with Dr. Lu that Thursday afternoon after our phone call and I received a call from Dr. Lu early the following morning to review the results with me. I GREATLY appreciate her concern for my physical and emotional well-being. Thank you, Dr. Lu. You are one of a kind!

Dr. Lu was great, and I felt comfortable with her. I am still waiting for my Physical therapy to be approved. My only wish is that my blood pressure and weight were recorded on my visit results by the nurse since they were an improvement.

I really enjoyed my first visit with Dr. Lou. I really hope my insurance comes to an agreement with your provider so I can continue to be a patient here.

Something was red flagged on my chart. Dr Lu investigated. She was very hen able to locate why and who incorrectly noted the red flag. Instructed how to get it removed. The Red flag noted being diabetic, which is incorrect. She listened and acted on my behalf.

Due to my previous doctor retiring, I decided to find physician closer to home. Checked online for available doctors. Am extremely pleased with my choice of this location and Dr. Lu.

Very perfectly executed exam and care

The doctor is great but I just felt like she was a bit rushed . She was behind a bit with the patient ahead of me but being that I was there for a wellness checkup and have had some problems that I feel she should've asked about. Heart issues, anxiety and GI issues in the past 6 months that ended me up in ER and visits. She answered some questions I had but I thought she would've asked about these issues as well. I also don't like that I can never get an appointment with my actual doctor when I'm not well. I have to see her assistant or nurse usually or wait for months.
