Everyone I came in contact with wat professional, courteous and compassionate. I reached out to my primary physical by message. He had no appointments available, but his office reached out to me immediately and set me up the same day to see someone else. Nurse Practitioner Fuentes listened to my issue, discussed my options and came up with a course of action to help me. She was wonderful!

Jennifer took the time to listen to me and appeared to take interest into my concerns. It was nice for somebody that feels like a friend who wants to help support and not a number to push thru the mill. Get attentiveness was outstanding

1st visit with Jenifer Fuentes. Found her personable, good listener and aware of my situation.

My normal GP was booked for 1.5 months away, so getting to see this provider was key as my shoulder was in pain. Great service from this provider.

Provider heard concerns but she did not provide more information or recommend me seeing a specialist after mentioning a history of fibroids in uterus. Blood work came elevated in some areas but did not recommend doing blood work in the a future.

Between some steps in my care I had to wait a long time, but I understand that there were a lot patients to care for. I was happy with my experience. My care moved quickly with Jennifer in the post hospital experience.

To make an appointment with Dr Kim in a timely manner is not easy but I'm pleased to see Jennifer Fuentes as a backup. She is very courteous and takes time to listen.

I'm not sure if anyone even reads this, but I'm extremely dissatisfied by the actions of Jennifer Fuentes. She was in a rush to get out, ride with her words and demeanor the entire visit!I have been vomiting for several weeks and she looked at my chart and well not sure what it is but your record looks good. I had ask for a stomach ultrasound and she said "I guess I can do that!Absolutely unacceptable in every sense of the word. I will be reaching out to the CEO and reporting her!

Jennifer was professional. She was the first person I have encountered who actually followed up with me with a phone call to review test results and help me schedule other appointments due to results of my tests. I am very impressed with Jennifer, her patient care and follow up.

I came in for a major concern with my health having to do with blood coming out of me when I go #2 and when I met with "the provider" she seemed like she was in a hurry. I mentioned I was also having back issues and she said the two did not relate to one another, yet did not bother to further ask me about my back. She did what she had to do as far as check for hemorrhoids which I didn't have any, so then she proceeded to ask if colon cancer runs in my family- I responded no and began to cry instantly as that would leave me feeling like that's what this must mean I have and she didn't even bat an eye or give me any reassuring information or show an ounce of compassion. I'm 33 and just had a baby which she knew and couldn't even put on an act to comfort me in that moment. I know she wasn't saying I had cancer but of course that scared me and the thought of having it after just having a baby while Im on the younger side just all around freaked me out. This is why people don't come to the drs- because if something is potentially wrong with them- they are just treated like a number and not a human. This was my first experience here and I wish to make it my last. I will be going to see a specialist so at least that came out of this visit, hopefully they have some more compassion for their patients

I was totally impressed with the visit with Dr Fuentes she was very helpful and considerate of the issues that I was dealing with and she ordered cultures for the infection that was my concern I would recommend her she evened followed up with me on the Saturday following my appointment and gave me the results of my test and prescribed a new medication based on the results of the culture that she took Thoroughly Impressed with her [Name(s)]

I would have preferred an in-person visit, but the virtual (Zoom) meeting answered my questions.

Jennifer Fuentes is a kind, compassionate, provider and every experience has been positive. All the doctors and staff at this medical group have always been considerate, patient, and understanding. The app is great, messages get returned, communication is good. One suggestion would be follow up calls on text results. I did get a message on results of ultrasound, but a call would be have been nice to discuss it.
