I had to wait over 45 minutes to see the doctor. My visit was very rushed and now I have to make an additional appointment to do labs.

Everyone that I have seen or spoken to while visiting these Dr offices have been courteous and professional.

Jenna was very efficient and courteous during my visit and immediately took care of the reasons for my visit.

Overall I was happy with the regular "annual" physical check-up by the PA, she listened pretty good about my questions but already seemed to know where she wanted to go with the answers. She was my regular GP doctors PA. I would use her of Dr Davenport was not available. She provided enough informations regarding my physical.

I understand there is a time crunch and other patients need to be seen but I wasn't able to address all my concerns to the provider because they left so abruptly. They said they were going to grab a nurse and just left, I didn't even realize they had left to go see a different patient until the nurse let me know.

Surgery clearance need--very helpful and thorough

I had asked for blood work to be done, however, there were a lot of inconsistencies throughout this visit (i.e. Had to explain and remind the clerks what Jenna and I discussed). Jenna Kim as also about 30 minutes behind when I first arrived for my appointment. There is still apart of my blood work missing. Needed A1C to be done and it doesn't seem like that was drawn for the lab.

PA Kim listened to my concerns and gave appropriate dx and treatment as well as a follow-up appointment.

I was happy that I was able to see a provider rather than try to figure out Zoom appointment
