You need more primary care docs in the Fullerton, CA office. It Takes months to see a Primary doctor for an in person visit so I resort to urgent care if needed. I saw nurse Donna the same day due to a cancellation. Overall service from this group of providers is excellent.

This was one of the best medical visits I have ever had! The provider thoroughly reviewed existing conditions, medications, current concerns, etc. She had all of my medical history available so she was well-informed. She also had easy-to-understand suggestions to help with my conditions. She even noticed a couple of tests that I was due for and I was able to have one test and one vaccination done right then, and was given referrals for two other issues.

I was surprised .This provider told me some things about myself (,eg.yhe palsy face ,the inflammation condition ) I've spent much time trying to explain and many just don't understand or won't believe me .Also since it was easy to speak with Dr .my sister said call & leave message I am reading and one condition now I believe is misdiagnosed ! I have bad throat spasms .My Good neurologist said ," dear your a little spastic " . Like oh well ,just deal a little .I have throat spasms bad . Many Drs call dysphagia ,then test say I don't have ( I just formally learned !!++ ) I do not have .I have throat spasms .I don't remember formal name yet but will learn .Thanks ,and terrible sounding I know ,but Dr Donna ,you were right now scabs come out left ear when it's wet ,cold sore shingle .I think based on feeling probably in throat and left lung too .Left side feels different ALWAYS .Thanks again, please keep taking care of me ,glad I found this office .Dr O ,Dr Smith have been nice helped a lot . Really appreciate Dr Donna easy to talk to seems like will be easy to work with

This provider really took my symptoms seriously and she told me to go to Urgent Care because she wanted to rule out that it wasn't Phnemonia. I appreciate her advice because I am currently being treated in the hospital for bacterial phnemonia. Thank you doctor for caring!

Dr Mackenzie is a very talented and profession al,was a pleasure to meet Her.

I had to wait almost an hour to see Donna. When I inquired why I had to wait so long I was told that she's in with another patient. And that she really gives each patient all the time they need. It's nice that she spends quality time with the patients but an hour Wait time was too much.

She took me on as a last minute appointment as my regular doctor was not available. I received the best care, she listened to my concerns and was able to provide a diagnosis and treatment.

Donna listened with compassion and care.She included me in determining a course of action to respond to my medical issue. The follow through was immediate and I got an X-ray immediately after my appointment.I would have liked maybe a couple of extra minutes to ask about another issue: my left foot and a referral to a podiatrist. That was the only request I have.

Caring and detailed

Very interested in my health and services needed. She left clear and complete instructions about next steps on a printout which I could take home with me and refer to at any time.

There were new issues with my health resulting in swollen legs. Donna brought other doctors in her group in to get expert opinion on the condition and needed response. We are now on the right course of action to resolve this problem.

Donna McKenzie is attentive, thorough and empathetic. I feel blessed to have her as a care provider.The only negative I see is that it is taking longer to obtain an appointment with her.

Provider gave diagnosis. I was very distressed and left office distraught and the provider did not ask anything about my mental health, gave 11 messages to the office now for a work note since I have been out of work with pain and no one has gotten back to me. I call and leave messages with clerks and leave messages on MyChart and have heard nothing.

My first time seeing her. I usually see Dr. Lu but she was booked. She referred me to Donna and I'm absolutely thrilled with her. So knowledgeable and kind and very caring. I will definitely see her again!!

I didn't feel as my concerns were being taken seriously. I was felt interrogated and decided to look for a new dr.

Being just released from hospital and having so many questions, I was relieved to get assigned to Donna. Very professional and kind/thoughtful. I wasn't ever treated like I asked a stupid question. Donna is thorough and professional.

I was in emergency when your office scheduled the appointment with Mckenzie. I did not schedule it and had never seen her before. After my vitals were taken, I waited 30 minutes for her to arrive. She didn't seem aware of my medical history and looked it up on the computer. I told her that I had an Urologist appointment the next day. She drew urine from the bottom of my catheter bag. Later that day my pharmacy texted me to pick up ciprofloaxin which she never discussed with me at all. The next day my Urologist told me NOT to pick up that med and that drawing that urine sample from the bottom of the bag was ridiculous. She tried to schedule another appointment fr December even though it was on record that I have an appointment with Dr. Davenport in November. I will NEVER see Donna Mckenzie again.

I had a wonderful experience once Donna entered the room. However, I wasn't seen until 75 minutes after my appointment time. I felt very unseen while waiting that long. Thankfully, she did such a great job of addressing my questions that I felt very seen and cared for by her. I wish the wait wasn't quite so long, though. Also, I saw her in the first place because my primary care physician, Dr. Lu, is very hard to see in a timely manner. I usually have to wait 2-3 months for an appointment.

First nurse taking BP etc, was excellent. NP was completely impersonal, never looked at me and spent entire time looking at computer screen.

My PCP was booked up on short notice but a NP was there for me.

Everything wen well my only concern was that she didn't bothered asking me more questions on why I wanted to be tested or referred to a specialist due to my chronic urticaria. The options to see a specialist for hormonal and or gastrointestinal concerns. She did place a blog work but not sure if that even has nothing to do with my main concern.

Donna is amazing. She's the one who got my cholesterol and B.P. In check. I feel very comfortable with her.

I booked an appt for a prolonged red, sore throat. Donna McKenzie looked in my ears, nose, eyes. Palpated my abdomen and listened to my lungs. She didn't look at my throat which was my primary reason for coming in.???
