My experience in all my visits was excellent. I am very happy with all my physicians.

The staff was very nice and helpful. As for the provider, I have never felt judged and uncomfortable as much as I did by that provider. My decision on how I wanted to proceed seemed against the provider's wishes and kept insinuating I change my mind.

I like that Dr Aou has been our Dr for 25+ years and knows both my husband and I very well. He is caring and concerned.

Immediately welcoming with a greeting and natural smile. Listened attentively, showed interest in and respected my feelings about my health care. Not aggressive or opinionated. For me this was great!

Dr. Aou is a very good "family doctor", The downside of that is that it sometimes takes a long time to get or reschedule an appointment.

I'm tired of this providers office. You can't get an appointment usually within two weeks. If you want to see him you need a video appointment and you can usually get that within two weeks but the aftercare I'm done. I don't want to see this provider. I am again, and I am looking for a new provider. The aftercare on this appointment has irritated me to no end. They've discovered I've got a new condition and I'm not getting any assistance with it what I was told as I've had this for a while and that's kind of it. I'm done with being told I've had the condition for a while, I'm just done

Dr. Aou has always been kind and understanding about my health issues. He does referrals out to a specialist when one needs to be consulted on a heath issue.

First attempt to make an appointment would've been almost two months out to see a Dr. Thankfully, the scheduler said she would ask the dr's nurse to call me if there was an earlier appointment available. I received a phone call back the same day and was able to make an appointment much sooner. That was great customer service!

He has been my provider for about 20 years and is the best.

I waited 30 minutes after the appointment time for a 5 minute consultation.

The nurses and doctor Aho seam very customer oriented and answer all questions.

Dr. Aou has been my PCP for over a decade and I've always felt heard by him. His compassion towards myself and my family has always been the reason why we remain with Heritage.

Front desk not friendly at all the girl that took me to my room was awesome I did not like the doctor at all will never see him again he made me feel dumb because I couldn't remember the dosage of the meds that I had taken years ago he says well I'm not just gonna guess I'm thinking well when I first started taking the meds the other doc got it right without someone telling him

Appointment are several months out in some cases but the care is very good.
