I was able to see this doctor due to him having had a cancellation I was thankful he was there and could alleviate any concern I had with the issue we discussed.

This is the first time I saw Dr. Aou. My last doctor was Dr. Benoit, but he transferred to the executive staff. But my insurance told me that Dr. Aou was my new doctor, and it's the same address that Dr. Benoit had. No change! He recommended that I get the Shingles vaccine & also that I get a tetanus shot because It was over 10 years since I got my last one. I'm very happy with Dr. Aou, and I'll see him every year for my annual check up!

Dr. Aou is very details and professional physician. This is my first time to visit him. I was referring by a nurse from Dr. Dolkar's office. His staffs are very helpful and responsible.

This time it was easy to get to see doctor. In the past especially about 8 months ago it was impossible to get the attention I needed

I didn't know the doctor at all. I do have an appointment with the doctor I'm going to ask to be my primary. And the appointment was to ask about a different medication. But I had gotten so sick that's all we could talk about. By the way I couldn't even breathe in enough to talk. I can't believe it I have four phone appointments on the United healthcare line or those virtual things. They kept saying I didn't need medicine I was like you don't know what you're talking about. I got to this doctor he spoke to me for a few minutes he listened to my chest he ordered it x-ray he gave me the correct medicine. He explained how to take it. He asked me if I understood and explained very well with that because I know that medication can be challenging. I'm getting well because of the doctor. And the doctor sent me a message to call the pulmonologist. He was a little bit distant and reserved but he was a very efficient for what the situation was. I hope he knows I was trying to send him something saying thank you. Oh and also to please hope I don't need the antibiotics because I finished it when I was on. I think I'm more well I'm not calling begging him yet so I think I'm more well and the medicine he prescribes working well thank you doctor

Dr. Aou has been my primary doctor for over 15 years. He is professional and pays attention to patient's records. He is excellent doctor.

We always review any blood work that we are following for improvement and review meds as needed.

The Dr should ask more questions, show a little interest in my concerns, attempt to provide the possible reasoning for my concerns and explain why he ordered the minimal bloodwork he put in for. I asked for full labs as I've been very ill for months now. They were never reviewed and never followed up. Now I have to reach out and complain which is absolutely unprofessional and unfair. I have three kids, I work full time and this experience was pointless. Now I have to reach out to my Dr who is booked months in advance to remedy this situation that was not his fault. Now I have to wait even longer while feeling ill to try to get help. Disappointed.

My experience in all my visits was excellent. I am very happy with all my physicians.

The staff was very nice and helpful. As for the provider, I have never felt judged and uncomfortable as much as I did by that provider. My decision on how I wanted to proceed seemed against the provider's wishes and kept insinuating I change my mind.

I like that Dr Aou has been our Dr for 25+ years and knows both my husband and I very well. He is caring and concerned.

Immediately welcoming with a greeting and natural smile. Listened attentively, showed interest in and respected my feelings about my health care. Not aggressive or opinionated. For me this was great!

Dr. Aou is a very good "family doctor", The downside of that is that it sometimes takes a long time to get or reschedule an appointment.

I'm tired of this providers office. You can't get an appointment usually within two weeks. If you want to see him you need a video appointment and you can usually get that within two weeks but the aftercare I'm done. I don't want to see this provider. I am again, and I am looking for a new provider. The aftercare on this appointment has irritated me to no end. They've discovered I've got a new condition and I'm not getting any assistance with it what I was told as I've had this for a while and that's kind of it. I'm done with being told I've had the condition for a while, I'm just done

Dr. Aou has always been kind and understanding about my health issues. He does referrals out to a specialist when one needs to be consulted on a heath issue.

First attempt to make an appointment would've been almost two months out to see a Dr. Thankfully, the scheduler said she would ask the dr's nurse to call me if there was an earlier appointment available. I received a phone call back the same day and was able to make an appointment much sooner. That was great customer service!

He has been my provider for about 20 years and is the best.

I waited 30 minutes after the appointment time for a 5 minute consultation.

The nurses and doctor Aho seam very customer oriented and answer all questions.
