My care provider, Sai Tanna is excellent. She's professional, competent, listens and speaks respectfully. Therefore,I have every confidence in her.

Hard to get in to see my regular PCP so I saw Sai Tanna who was great

I was extremely worried when I had to switch my PCP last year due to a change in work insurance. I had my previous PCP for 15 years. Sai was a relief. Not only does she have good vibes, she listens, and genuinely cares. Never makes me feel belittled. Or like I'm too much. Believes me when I say I'm in pain or am worried about something.I'm so glad I got her as my PCP. I also love her assistant Luci. It's always nice to see her when I get there, they are both great people and providers.

Sai Tanna is extremely professional, kind, and clear. A high water mark amongst the slew of primary care providers I have seen in my life.

This was the first time I saw Sai Tanna. My previous provider was Beth Abels. I was worried, but needn't have been. All went fine. I liked her very much. Very well run office. Only glitch was I couldn't set up my next appointment in January because of some computer problem. Have to call back in September. I got good advice from her.

I have always found Sai Tanna to be an engaged listener, who explains next steps following the visit.

I have only seen Sai Tanna twice, but both times she listened carefully to what I had to say; she was thorough in her recommendations for treatment; she was professional at all times. I'm very happy to have her as my primary health care provider.

Sai Tanna seemed knowledgeable and very competent. But it took 3 months to get an appointment with her. I'm not sure if I can get good medical care in Eureka. It took a long time to find a doctor here. Every time I've needed a doctor, I had to go to Urgent Care because I couldn't get in to see my regular medical provider. But Sai seems very good and I'm grateful to be in her care.

This was an Introductory visit with this provider, as my longtime provider recently retired.

Sai Tanna is a very caring and professional. She Listens very well and seems extremely knowledgeable. I enjoy my visits with her. I also have confidence in her care. The clerks in front office however were gossiping and complaining about office dynamics. I didn't appreciate hearing that while I was waiting for my appointment. Not professional.

She was prompt, courteous, attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient.

This was our first experience with Dr. Sai Tania and we are very happy with the care she provided us. She was vey polite, understanding, and knowledgeable about the issues we discussed with her. She was very personable yet very professional. She provided all the necessary and very helpful information regarding our issues. Even though the office was busy we didn't have to wait long and we were seen before our scheduled appointment time. However, reaching the office by phone to schedule an appointment or see a provider can be very challenging. Phone calls are not always returned the same day especially when seeking advice on medical concerns which may be urgent but may not qualify for a visit to the Emergency Room.

I was very pleased with the attitudes of everyone that I encountered. I was in a lot of pain and referrals were immediate as well as test results. The lab tech x-ray technician, front desk, staff, and provider were all courteous, efficient and pleasant.
