My procedure was to occur at another location. I was happy to have it relocated here, near home.

Had bad blood tests and they contacted us immediately.

Robin is excellent. Knowledgeable, competent, caring, clear. Couldn't ask for a better provider. One thing though: I am tired of getting multiple surveys for the same visit, especially after submitting it at the first request. Please cease and desist sending the same survey over and over. I will stop responding to them at all if it continues.

I'm uncomfortable that robin fraser ordered an additional medical procedure, that I feel I do not need but she thinks otherwise. I'm having a colonoscopy and she ordered an additional throat oscopy which I'm not sure I need, but she's the MA do I feel I have to do what she suggested. Although I'm not covinced it's necessary.

The care I have received between Aug [Date] and Sept [Date] from Dr. Tony, PA-C Robin, and the host of nurses, aids, food providers, etc., has been all that I could ask for.

This was my first visit with Robin and she was very kind, polite, attentive and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with her and feel extremely comfortable with her as my provider for future tests and issues. She was a breath of fresh air and I look forward to seeing her in the future.
