Even thought I waited long in the waiting room and when the MA brought me in the room and waited again, over all I still have a good visit w/ Dr. Geluz. He apologized for the delay and explained the MRI result and will recheck in 6 mos. Dr Geluz spent time w/ me and answered all my questions.

Dr. Ramir Geluz is an excellent doctor. He is genuinely concerned about my health. He covered all of the wellness questions and asked me if I had any health concerns. I have been experiencing pain in my left knee and Dr. Geluz made suggestions on what I can do about a knee problem and how to contact him if needed to do so.

He listens, is patient, explains clearly, always has time for any concerns I may have, I trust him. What more can I say.

I feel fortunate to have Dr. Geluz as my primary care provider and Providence Is very lucky to have him with the team.

Dr Geluz saw me for a severe sore throat and ear ache . On examination, with no symptoms of infection, he told me how to treat this ailment, which took the time he had suspected. I'm thankful for his presence in this office.

So far all things seem to have improved regarding services. When I need a longer appointment with my provider it is granted. It used to be almost impossible to get a longer appointment so I could discuss my issues. Often in the past provider just up and walked out in the middle of my concerns as my appointment time was up. Was told to make another appointment. My last visit allowed enough time so I did get through all my concerns and tests and I felt comforted because I was heard by provider and events and tests explained so I understood. I don't always understand what My Chart is showing me so do need provider feedback. FYI I couldn't use MC to ask questions as it wasn't working. Thank you for listening,

He sat down and talked to me about my medications asked me questions about me and wanted to get to know me much better. I thought that was very nice. It was not just trying to push medicines onto you or make you do something you didn't wanna do he was asking how I felt and made me feel very well.

Good doctor on my first visit

I recently moved to [Location] from out of state, and this was my first medical appointment with my new primary physician. Many questions in this survey are not applicable to a "meet and greet" first appointment, and some of my medical records have not arrived. I liked Dr. Geluz very much, and looked forward him as my primary care giver. I'm also waiting for an appointment to a specialist to continue my care from my previous home.
