Rachel has always answered all of my questions. I have been able to see her in a timely manner whenever I schedule an appointment I thoroughly enjoy her as my primary care provider and know that she will be up-to-date in all the information that I inquire about or gets back to me in a timely manner.

As I have stated in numerous previous surveys, my wife and I think Rachel is the best "doctor" we have ever had. She knows our history, has read the test results, is always up to date on recent research, and makes us feel good with every visit. However, the "new", "improved" phone system has made our communication with Rachel's office much less efficient. I wish your surveys offered more questions about the experiences with St Joe's as a system. Rachel's office is superb, but other facilities are less so.

Rachel Hatchimonji is a very good provider. She does an excellent job.

Better than I could ever have imagined: professional yet caring and personal; listens with her ears and her heart; truthful and precise. My grandson is an MD. I was afraid of this being such a small town that the care would be less than I was used to so I checked with him frequently until I realized that he concurred with her. I have not consulted with him for years about what she advises. I trust her totally.

Overall, I've had some pretty awful medical care in Eureka compared to the care I've received in Los Angeles and across the planet. Gratefully, there have been one or two stellar exceptions to the casual standards here. Rachel Hatchimonji is at the top of my list of wonderful, caring, and competent care.

This is the first time in my life where my medical care was not provided by an MD. Sorry docs, but this Is the best health care provider I've ever had.

I have had a number of side effects from medications in the past. My mom stopped [ID] during a routine hernia operation due to an [ID] to the anesthesia. My whole family has a history of negative reactions to medications. So I always feel an elevated sense of risk at taking new meds. My provider does not force me; never intimidates me into compliance, gives me the facts and it helps me be braver because I trust her so much,
