Provider somewhat listened to my concerns, but I felt the provider was rushing. Was very quick to jump to a diagnosis . When I explained my symptoms, the provider said what he thought it was, then immediately gave prescriptions for it without running any tests to confirm that diagnosis. Only after giving prescription, did the provider order tests for confirmation. Also, did not clearly inform me that one test would have many prerequisites that had to be followed in order for that test to be done. I had to make a second appointment at LabCorp to get one test taken as I had unknowingly made myself ineligible to take that test. The provider was kind, pleasant, however, I just felt like the provider wanted to hurry and end the appointment as quick as possible.

My appointment was for a knee injury, and when I called, I had already been icing, elevating, resting it, and taking OTC pain relief. I was dismayed to hear that the soonest appointment I could get was 3 weeks away. I asked to be put on the cancellation list and was thrilled to be notified via My Chart that an appointment was available sooner. I was able to be seen the following week. As always, Dr. Ranjabar was thoughtful, knowledgeable, took time to explain his diagnosis and clearly outlined the next steps of my treatment.

Dr Ranjabar is incredibly friendly and caring. He includes the patient in decision making. The wait to see him is a little long, 4 weeks to schedule an appointment. He is also late, not his fault, the timeframes providers are given to see clients is unreasonable. He actually sits down and has a conversation with people and listens to their concerns.
