:Aura always takes the time to listen to my concerns and we discuss what course of action to take. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Test results are always provided through eloctronic chart or app. Not sure this would work for all patients. SO much easier to make an appointment with the app. Office is often running quite behind, but not this time. Yay!This provider really cares about her patients.

I have received excellent care at all appointments, and during a recent medical procedure.

I can't get a referral, my provider got off track and never really completed the wellness exam because it took so long to get in for this appointment (about 10 weeks after being cancelled once then had to wait 6 weeks for another appointment time. Providers have too much pressure on them to push people through making It Impossible to ever address my concerns. She Is always running to the next appointment. I don't feel heard and my issues rarely get resolved.
