Gretchen is unfailingly attentive to my health needs and knows my medical history well. This makes our appointments thorough yet efficient.

My experience with the care provider was great and listened to what I had to say.

My provider was excellent. Office staff forgot to give me a FIT test and accompanying paperwork the day of my visit. However, upon my return to the office a few days later staff provided me with the FIT form I needed plus printed out the lab orders from Gretchen which I will use when I go to LabCorp.

I initially was going have to wait till the end of the month to see the doctor but the clerk put me on the cancellation list and I was able to see the doctor in one week for my sore knee.

Always good.With the help of your in house pharmacist my meds are taken cared of;especially my diabetes needs.

Did not like Gretchen. Her notes are completely wrong of what I had told her.

I was not happy , I told her when I came for my appointment. Respiratory issue . When I have this, it usually turns into pneumonia. She didn't even listen to me.

My provider is doing an excellent job of monitoring my blood pressure so that we can decide whether or not I should start medication.

No mention discussion of blood work results. I would say Dr. Hillman could express more concern.

At this visit my care provider noticed that my blood pressure was a little high and so scheduled follow up in two weeks with me keeping a record at home so we could review it and assess whether or not I would need to start medication. I really appreciate the attention my care provider pays to my well-being.

It was my first time to meet Gretchen since my previous provider had moved to another practice. Gretchen was very attentive and secured a huge part of my health history. She is also responsive to questions. Thank you, Gretchen. My next comment is about the survey: why is there a question if I discussed health concerns during my visit? I think that was the point of my annual health visit.

It was my first appt and we went over everythign I needed to address and made a plan for my next appt. I really liked her and felt she knows whats she's doing!

I feel that the ms . Helmen and I were not a good match and I'm requesting to be assigned to a different doctor.

Dr. Hillman recommended that I start atorvastatin sixmonths ago and I was very reluctant to do so. She pointed out the benefits of trying it, and I agreed. This visit my cholesterol had dropped 60 points and was in the normal range so I am extremely glad that I listened to her. She was professional and friendly and extremely knowledgeable and was very good at explaining what would benefit my healthcare concerns.
