This was my first visit to this office.

The visit was beyond excellent

Scheduling an appointment for my leg pain was very easy. I knew I couldn't wait any longer and I was glad to be able to see anyone same day. I originally wanted to see Sylvia Alonzo, but her appointments were full. I've seen Kelly before and I really liked her last time. Medically Staff were very helpful.

Everithyng was a very good services, And what l like most was that they treat you with respect. For my firts visit there

PA Keli took very good care of me

Even though the reception area was short handed, they were still doing a great job.

She seems not knowledgeable about rashes and didn't provide any useful information on how I can treat the area or things not to eat or take. All she kept saying is "you're on the right track" even I had to go back to her after 2 days because the rash got worse. Didn't prescribe anything to me and I had to ask her for Tiramcinolone

I'm very satisfied with the service. I would recommend to everyone and I out of 10 being the best I would give her a 10 plus.

Neck pain. Sending me to physical therapy. I don't want any therapist working on my neck without an x-ray. I don't believe I have muscle pain. I believe it's a disc issue.

The treatment plan is clear and understandable.

Provider was over 30 minutes late and I felt rushed during my visit. If I didn't tell provider my concerns she never asked "is there anything else that I needed.

I absolutely love my provider Kelly. She's very easy for me to talk to and she always takes her time with me and I never feel rushed. She explains everything to me so it's easy for me to understand. She makes me feel like she really cares about me and is anxious to figure out what is going on with my health! I would and will highly recommend her to other women or men looking for an amazing provider!
