The only reason I stay with St. Jude is for Dr. Cheung. She and her staff are highly responsive through messaging and during appointments.

Dr Bonnie Cheung is an excellent doctor. She is patient and thorough. I have seen her for my annual physical this year and last year. Last year my appointment was delayed more than 1 hour. This year, I arrived early, and still had to wait more than 30 minutes to be called in.

She is always listing to my concerns. She is one of best family doctors I have ever seen

Only issue is I am still waiting for my prescription to get approved as a change was sent from pharmacy

Dr. Cheung was great to deal with. Very professional and knowledgeable. She also took the necessary time to explain the results. Getting an appointment is difficult, often many months out. Luckily, Dr. Cheung had an opening within the time frame I needed and she provided excellent care.

Had a very painful boil on the side of my rib cage. She was able to squeeze me in after my husband's appointment that day. I was so grateful, otherwise I would have had to go to Urgent Care. I have not had such a caring and attentive doctor in quite some time now. But after seeing Dr. Connie Cheung she has restored all hope for me. She is an exceptional, smart and caring doctor. I wish all medical doctors had her work ethic. I'm so happy Providence opened an office in Chino Hills and now I can see Dr. Cheung for my medical care.

I really enjoy seeing/talking to my PCP. She is kind and understanding and is through in explaining things in an easy to understand manner.

The issue with wait times seems to be resolved. In the past I have waited an exceptionally long for my visit. This I saw the doctor within 3 minutes of our appointment timeI was very happy about that!
