The only reason I stay with St. Jude is for Dr. Cheung. She and her staff are highly responsive through messaging and during appointments.

Dr Bonnie Cheung is an excellent doctor. She is patient and thorough. I have seen her for my annual physical this year and last year. Last year my appointment was delayed more than 1 hour. This year, I arrived early, and still had to wait more than 30 minutes to be called in.

She is always listing to my concerns. She is one of best family doctors I have ever seen

Only issue is I am still waiting for my prescription to get approved as a change was sent from pharmacy

Had a very painful boil on the side of my rib cage. She was able to squeeze me in after my husband's appointment that day. I was so grateful, otherwise I would have had to go to Urgent Care. I have not had such a caring and attentive doctor in quite some time now. But after seeing Dr. Connie Cheung she has restored all hope for me. She is an exceptional, smart and caring doctor. This was the first time I visited the Chino Hills location. I was extremely Impressed with every Employee I came in contact with. They were warm and welcoming. My chicken was swift And my wwait time was just a few minutes. The doctor went above and beyond to take care of my needs on this day and offer other recommendations.

I appreciated the team to squeeze in a video visit with Dr. Cheung. Wait time in the virtual waiting room was longer than expected but Dr. Cheung spends time listening to her patients and I'm grateful for that. I hope that providers will be given more time to see patients and that patients are not seen as a number.
