Dr Ugurian has been exceptional. He had answer my questions quickly even through the chat portal. His team is also amazing.

I've had poor experiences with other doctors in the past, but Dr Ugurian was attentive, friendly, and respectful. I felt no anxiety during this appointment and felt all of my concerns were met, (some before I even asked) and all of my questions were answered. His nurses were great, too. I also had my first mammogram directly following my appointment with Dr Ugurian and the technician was so friendly and reassuring and made it very calm and comfortable.

My healthcare provider always listens to me and cares about my health issues. He always communicates with me by text to explain about my results and prescribed medications.

Dr Ugurian is always great, kind, and informative. Always provides answers to questions. The only flaw this visit was that I waited 45min to see him. I arrived 15min early to my appointment as directed, 30min in the lobby, and 15 inside the room.

I have scheduled my appointments both in person and online and I have never had a problem whether it was with scheduling for my GP or some other specialist. Anytime I ask for particular bloodwork to be run, we talk about the reason behind it and it is usually scheduled right away. I have a chronic/terminal disease so ease of access is very important to me. I am very happy with the care I receive from Dr. Ugurian And my specialists..

Professional, courteous, timely

Dr. Ugurian was very attentive to my issues at hand and was able to work on referrals and medications quite quickly.

I'm afraid more people are finding out how wonderful Dr Ugurian is as it's getting harder to get appointments. He's so genuine and really cares about your health and well being. He takes time with you and shows you respect and doesn't make you feel silly or stupid or a nuisance . He makes you want to feel better or get better to make him happy too

The provider was very respectful and was able to prescribe the right medication for my pain. After a few days, I no longer had the same issue thanks to the prescribed medication.

The doctor listened to my concerns and was able to figure what was causing my pain. He put in the necessary test to see the extent of my injury, which are still pending. He really listened to my symptoms. The er doctor didn't even do that.

Dr Ugurian is patient and a good listener. He always reviews meds and explains reason for changes. I appreciate his quick response when reviewing lab results. I have emailed him with questions between visit and received quick response. I appreciate the care he has provided for me and his concern for my health and qualith of life.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Ugurian. I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. He listened intently to my concerns and provided clear and easy to understand information. He was quite thorough and asked pertinent questions and physically checked the area of my issue. He ordered a blood test as a follow up and results were provided within a day. I would not hesitate to see him again and would gladly recommend him to others for their care.

Dr Urugarian always takes time to explain in simple terms anything he finds during exam. He reviews and dicusses meds prescribed and the reason why they are given. He is nevered rushed.

Dr U and his staff were very prompt and took care of my EKG and lab request for an upcoming surgery. The staff let me know that Dr U was a little behind schedule - 10 mins and I did not have to wait or wonder. Both the staff and Dr U wish me luck with my upcoming procedure which I thought was very appropriate and good bedside manner. The Lab at Facey were also very prompt and pleasant.
