I don't think she stopped smiling once.Dr. Dao has always been professional and thorough each and every time, yet can have a personal conversation that puts us at ease. That is why we keep coming back.

Dr Dao is the best!

I had a very good experience with the doctor Dao so. We made a decision to make him our primary doctor.

I felt seen and heard by the doctor I saw. He explained things and he listened to me.

I feel doctor Dao will be a very good doctor for me. I am looking forward to him being my primary provider. It will take some getting used to because I have been in a concierge program for the past 30 some years. I am still in MD VIP but plan to drop out. For me, it would be ideal if Dr Dao was a concierge provider. I will just have to get used to the new way in modern medicine.

My experiences at Facey are always EXCELLENT! I am lucky and quite fortunate for having Dr. Dao as my Primary Care Doctor...He and his team give the medical profession a great name .....

I called the office for a sinus infection and was able to be seen virtually within the next hour. Everyone I spoke to was lovely and the doctor really took his time to answer all of my questions. Even though this visit was virtual I felt confidant in the diagnosis. I would absolutely reccomend to family and friends

Dr. Dao and his team including the front staff are fabulous and really do a fantastic job. My only issue is that if I need to get in for an appointment he is usually booked way in advance so I either have to go to urgent care or wait weeks to see him. If this is a check up that's no problem but if I have a timely illness it can be rather frustrating.
