I was hesitant going to new provider due to insurance and glad I did because it's often a one stop shop here. Easy to schedule, ample front office folks checking in patients and acknowledging patients when we are in line. Impressed with ease of scheduling and staff look happy and are professional. It's hard being front office office dealing with so many personalities and patients not always feeling great. Appreciate the staff, care team and doctor.

Dr. Dao has been patient and firm with me as I traverse my weight loss journey. With my new treatment, zepbound, I am making positive progress and it has me really excited. Dr. Dao laid out a plan to have me come back in 3 months to get some blood work done to check on things as I lose weight. I've dropped 34 pounds in around 3 months and still going!

Dr. Dao is everything a doctor should be - kind, caring, knowledgeable, and a great listener. He took into account all of my questions and I never felt rushed. He took the time to answer even minor questions. When my blood test came back with a high result, I got nervous and emailed on MyChart and Dr. Dao took the time to call me at 7pm and explain the results thoroughly and ease my mind. How many doctors would really do that for a patient if it's not urgent - at 7pm so I wouldn't have to worry about it overnight? I would recommend Dr Dao to anyone and everyone.

Dr Dao is an excellent doctor! He really is accurate and efficient I trust him with my life. He is detailed with my exams he leaves comments after every test. I recommend him highly to all.

I feel doctor Dao will be a very good doctor for me. I am looking forward to him being my primary provider. It will take some getting used to because I have been in a concierge program for the past 30 some years. I am still in MD VIP but plan to drop out. For me, it would be ideal if Dr Dao was a concierge provider. I will just have to get used to the new way in modern medicine.
