She saw and understood my needs and made sure a was able to receive the care that I wasn't able to obtain before.

I really liked it there. She took her time made sure I understood everything and when she got my test results she texted thur my chart app. Right away.

The care provider was kind and attentive and explained each exam step well. However, a few of my concerns were not addressed in much detail; I will schedule a follow-up visit with my primary care physician.

Every time I go for a visit and have to talk to the dr. Is perfect they explain everything so o can understand and they help me with what I can do and not do.

Nurse Jackie is the best! I almost always see her because my primary care physician is never available, but I'm fine with that bc Jackie is a great listener, intuitive problem solver, and cares more than any medical professional I've been exposed to. She's fantastic.

I am very pleased to meet with JACQUELINE LICAUCO! She was so nice and understanding of what care I needed that day. She knew where to guide me in terms of finding a PCP and an endocrinologist. I have not been treated great in the past at the doctor's and I honestly felt so happy that she listened to my concerns about my body and without judgment she had answers. I am so grateful for the care provided and one thing I thought id never say is that I'm excited to go back to the doctors!

Each of the providers I have had at Facey are easy to get along with, come across as friendly and patient and are able to address health concerns with knowledge you can trust.

This time she was good. Last time she diagnosed that I had an ingrown hair that she had to surgically remove and have stitches and it ended up being a black head that my hair remover person took out in 5 seconds. I was concerned about seeing her this time but had to see someone. She was very thorough with this.
