Hesam Hekmatjou, MD

Dr Hekmatjou ALWAYS Listens respectfully to my concerns. That's hard to find when you're a women if a "certain age". Basically anyone over 40He doesn't give the typical answer of "it's your age". He takes the time to explain with compassion, clarity and expertise. Dr H keeps up with the latest in medical research, clinical trials and gives honest and practical advice about my health. He's awesome!

Good Doctor

I have a lot of medical problems, been struggling for years, and after seeing probably over 20 docs Dr. H is the only one who fully answers my concerns, takes his time to learn about my history, asks questions, believes me, and gets the proper diagnosis to treat me appropriately! There is no doctor like Dr. H, I'm so thankful I'm his patient and wish he would take new patient cause I need all my loved ones to be seen by him

I cannot speak for the "Facey Medical Group" as a whole, but Dr. Hesam Hekmatjou is the first primary care provider that I feel is my partner in my healthcare. I never feel shamed for being overweight, and I never have to worry that he will judge anything In my lifestyle. He genuinely cares about my health, improving my health, and stays on top of all of my medical issues - from weight loss to when I broke my hand. When I need to see him, he is promptly available in person or via televisit. So, not to sound disrespectful, if I go to Facey, it is because I am seeing Dr. Hekmatjou. I'm in my fifties now and have been to one too many doctors in my life, and what I can say emphatically is that for the first time I feel like I am working towards getting and remaining healthier with Hekmatjou. I wish my past doctors were half as competent, caring and easy to communicate with. One last thing, your survey did not ask about communication via the app. Every time I have reached out to Dr. Hekmatjou via the app, he replies promptly and fully.

My only concern is a 3 month wait to get an appointment so I was forced to go to urgent care. Since I wasn't improving after urgent care visit, Dr Hekmatjou found time to squeeze me in. I was appreciative of his efforts to see me.

Very pleased. New patient, first visit. Doctor and staff knowledgeable and courteous. Suggest you install a guard rail on the small ramp on the dropoff in front of entrance. Difficult for people using canes to manage the ramp.
