I needed an immediate the day I called and got It after I called a second time. (The first time, I had to terminate the called for personal care.) I was very relieved that I could get an appointment to see a doctor even though my regular doctor was not available.

The [Date] visit was good but when I try to make appointment after the referral approval, the cardioloy office is very difficult to schedule an appointment. I called 3-4 times already and each time I was told to wait for the cardiology office to call me but have NOT received a call relating to the [Date] visit and its subsequent referral approval. Frustrating.

Dr. Park referred to me when provider (Dr. Ranney) was unavailable. Needed due to onset of a most uncomfortable UTI. Zoom appointment set and prescription prescribed. Most needed, greatly appreciated and, thankfully, quickly effective.

This was honestly one of the best (if not THE best) appointment I've ever had. Doctor appointments give me anxiety as I often feel unheard and dismissed. The previous time I was in for an appointment (August 2023) is an excellent case in point. Dr. Park was not like that at all. I left feeling seen and heard and hopefully about next steps.

By answers are based on seeing Dr. Park she is not my primary physician. I was unable to see my primary physician when the emergency room suggested that I see him so I went to Dr. Park. I enjoyed Dr. Park and probably will switch over to having her be my primary caregiver.
