The nurses assistant was really friendly and caring. Dr Ranney is always very understanding.

Your questions didn't elicit a clear picture.I saw him for scut that scabs but won't heal. He'll do a biopsy in one mo if it isn't healed.since my 6mo visit was near. He examined me. Concern of anemia prompted a blood test that was done today.awaiting test results. Will see Dr Ranney in a no if wound not healed.

Very thorough

Doctor is extremely slow, other than reading the online chart, doctor doesn't engage with questions or explanation or what plan he would like to do. He corrects the person while they are talking in mid sentence and tells them that's not what they are feeling. No bedside manner such as respect towards the PT or family member that brings the PT.

Wellness experience was thankful as I had an x-ray, EKG and all vitals checked. I was very well satisfied with the visit.

Dr Rainey while wanting to listen to my concerns, cannot listen and also input data at same time. Hence he stops you from asking questions so that he can type. Then you forget questions you want to ask and leave with only some of your questions asked.

I had originally scheduled a routine visit, but at the last minute I had to change it to a pre-op visit. I was so happy that everyone pivoted so well to what I needed. I was expecting resistance.

Spends more time on his computer than actually addressing my concerns. Only listens to my heart. Extremely poor follow up on blood tests. Still waiting to hear from them on my latest test. The last time took 2 months.

I highly respect Dr. Raney, I've been going to him for probably 15 to 17 years. I'm sure I always felt he's answered all my health questions he's taken good care of me. I feel that at my age. I feel comfortable of everything that he has committed to me.

Answered all my questions very well and thoroughly also He double checked that I understood what vaccine to get and where to get it.

Dr. Ranney always provides excellent medical care; he listens to my concerns / ailments. I've always been impressed with his medical knowledge. On my most recent visit, I thought I had a torn rotator cuff, but he diagnosed a frozen shoulder. Thus, I must visit the physical therapy center for treatment (not my favorite place!) if I am to be cured.

Dr. Ranney shows care to the patient, listens and shows interest on what the patient is explaining. Excellent doctor.
