Penny is a very good PA she's carrying and explains everything she is doing to make you feel better I will see her again.

I had an Extremely POSITIVE experience w/ Penny Makabenta on [Date] 2025. I was still sick after 4 wks of bronchitis while traveling & still had the lingering cough. I very much Appreciate her as a clinician. She listens intently & trouble shoots accordingly. She is an Exceptional PA!!!

I have always appreciated my visit for care with this provider.

Waiting time was almost an hour. I was there for a hour and a half. She is good and concise but seems to have lack of time in seeing me. I presumed she has too many patients to see. Made a referral that I think was actually needed since I have made the same complaint to my primary doctor who did nothing about it.

My household has seen Penny and she Is aways attentive and makes us feel heard.

Penny is one of the P.A.'s and she is excellent. Although it can be difficult getting an appointment with one of the doctors, I can usually see Penny, and I feel she is as thorough as the doctors.

Penny Montabenka shows concern for her patients, listens intently and never gives up trying to help them. She is so informed and easy to talk to, I prefer seeing her rather than my primary doctor. Penny M addressed the reason for the follow up visit regarding blood pressure medication. We discussed my blood pressure readings and covered all the information regarding this follow up visit which determined I no longer need to be on blood pressure medication at this time because my blood pressure taken in the office was normal as well as BP readings taken at home.Also, I asked her to look at both of my eyes which were red, itching, and swollen as a result of a recent semi permanent eyeliner that was applied three days ago by an Aesthetician at another location prior to this office visit. She determined I had an allergic reaction to the cosmetic procedure and prescribed erythromycin ointment with instructions for use.

I really liked my PA Penny. She was knowledgeable and got me to the specialist I needed. I would definitely see her again.

My visit with the provider was excellent. She seemed caring and made certain she understood my current health concerns. I would definitely refer her to anyone. The only issue relates to long wait times on the automated phone system. Once connected, office personnel are extremely courteous.

Penny was in a hurry, left before I could discuss my 2nd issue. I had difficulty hearing her because she wore a mask and I told her I didn't hear very well, but she didn't acknowledge.

Even though I was just there for a blood pressure check, Penny took the time to look at all my current symptoms and undiagnosed issues. She did not just isolate my BP.

Penny Makabenta was running late which is the reason I had to wait so long.

She wrote me a prescription, but during the same visit the pharmacy called and asked to change the prescription so insurance can cover it. She never changed it. I left a message w her staff and wrote her an email. It has been 1.5 weeks since in initial prescription was written and she still has not re-written it despite 3 separante attempts to contact her about this one this prescription

My appointment started 1 hour after the scheduled time. Provider did not even apologize for the wait nor did anyone tell me that the provider is running behind. Her assistant noticed that I was visibly annoyed and finally apologized. Appointment also felt extremely rushed.

Penny was excellent but she is NOT my doctor. I do not remember the last time I saw Dr. Mires. Penny made arrangements for me to see other doctors who may be able to help me with my other health issues she can not, which I'm greatly appreciated.

Provider refused to order a test for celiac wheat allergy. She ordered other blood work, so it would have been very easy to add this test. My symptoms fit wheat allergy. I would have felt better if I knew for sure if wheat is an issue. I am avoiding because I can't bare the pain and constant illness. Provided said after ultrasound I should follow up with a gastroenterologist. I assume that Dr may be able to order the test. I will have to eat wheat again to ensure a correct result. It is not an expensive test and I think it should have been done during the height of a flare up. I think it may have even avoided the expensive ultrasound test.

Waited 1 hr to see provider. I asked for additional blood work and provider did not order and nothing was solved. Provider asked if I was there because I could not get in to see my PCP and I said yes. She seemed annoyed. This was my first visit after changing PCPs due to the fact I could never see my prior PCP for a year there was always a 6 month or more wait. I do not feel seen or heard as a patient. Every issue I've ever had my weight is mentioned. I am more than my weight and deserve to be seen and heard.
