It's always good to finally see my primary care doctor. I've seen the P.A. The last several visits and It's because I choose not to wait 7 weeks to see my primary care doctor.

Dr Galdamez is a great doctor who cares about his patients.

I was frustrated that the doctor would not refer me to a rheumatologist for my arthritic condition but instead to an orthopedic surgeon. Further, he did not address my need for a prescription update for my CPAP machine (to be honest, although I had specified that to the PA before doctor came in, I was distracted due to the rest of the conversation). I called several times later in the week, and it took about a week to get it resolved and my CPAP Rx completed. I do feel that sometimes the patient is given short schrift, for example I waited in a previous appointment for 15 minutes while the office staff had their weekly praise time for "worker of the week" awards. That said, I do feel that there is good quality care being provided.

I was in a very serious accident and this particular appointment was a follow-up after a trip to the ER. All of the test that were done in the ER were explained as well as the next steps that need to be taken. Dr. Galdamez was very precise and made sure I understood what next steps I need to take and how quickly I need to complete those steps - it is very much appreciated.
