Dr Tucker had already read the results of my recent ER visit and was prepared to discuss them with me. She answered all my concerns and gave me peace of mind.

Dr. Tucker is an excellent doctor and I'm so thankful to be under her care. She genuinely cares for her patients and it shows.

She talks about herself way tooMuch and what she does to lose weight and her life. Took no time to ask me what was going on with my life or health. Assumes never asks and tries to impliment assumptions. I continue to see her because she doesnt overreact to things and really only see her once a year cause I have meds. Shes very self absorbed.

She was very thorough and when over my labs and suggested I try a medicine for my cholesterol. She also recommended I come in for a routine wellness check too. At the same time she ordered labs to see the medicine she prescribed is working!

Dr Tucker has been my doctor for many years. I even moved away, and I made sure the new insurance would cover her as my doctor. She's always showing great compassion and understanding for what I'm going through. When I send her a message through My Chart, she always responds promptly. She is the one doctor that follows through with my needs. If it's a referral, a medication refill, or a question I may have, I know she will take care of it.

Dr. Tucker is a wonderful physician who treats me with respect, takes my concerns seriously, and is thorough in discussing my health and needs during our appointments. I could not be happier with her care!

The appointment seemed extremely rushed. She spent most of the time just going down a checklist on her computer. Exam portion was practically nonexistent and then she rushed out of the room saying that she would be right back, only she didn't return. The nurse returned 5 minutes later with my paper work. I explained that I didn't even get a chance to ask the dr some questions that I had and was told that I could wait in the room until the dr was through with her current patient. I frustratedly waited for 20 minutes and then just walked out, with non of my concerns being addressed

When on video chat, Physician was texting on her phone and waited over two hours to see her

Good- receptionist and nurse have calming vibe, didnt havr to wait too long to be seen. Bad: Rushed interaction; doctor made me feel unwelcome, did not smile or took time to say hello when she entered the room, she just went straight to sit and look at the computer screen while tallking, eventually made eye contact but the vibe wasn't encouraging

I really enjoyed Dr. Tucker and her time she spends with me to go over my health concerns. She is very caring and concerned with improving my diabetes and lowering my A1c.

This appointment was scheduled well in advance, emergency appointments are still difficult to get with primary. One of my referral appointments was scheduled for me, I liked that. Easy exit.

At my last appointment, my primary care physician Jessica Tucker reviewed all of my recent health issues, made positive comments on my general health progress this year, reviewed my immunizations, provided the latest Covid-19 vaccination, reviewed all of my prescriptions, and provided refills for my prescriptions as needed. She is very thorough, stays informed on all of my health issues, and answers all of my questions clearly and concisely.

She is open minded and is understanding that I can not afford lots unnecessary testing.
