I was setting up care and I also had an ear infection. I was seen quickly and diagnosed right away. Had antibiotics within the hour. Very efficient.

I found H. Oshiro, PA-C to be thorough in her assessment of my health concern and appreciate her warm and professional bedside manner.

Had an appointment with another Dr and realized I had another issue which was outside the Dr's area that needed to be checked. It was something that a P A could handle and it turned out to be a very serious issue and the PA handled it properly and prescribed medication to resolve the issue.

Surprised at getting an appointment when I called, PA was attentive and ordered stat tests giving my condition. I was appreciative for the follow up calls.

Heather Oshira is not my GP. She is his PA and saw me because the wait time to see my GP was longer than I felt I could deal with. She was very good. However, there is no way that she could know my medical history before she walked in to see me for the first time. She did a good job.

They all are cane and berry helpful.

I was treated with utmost respect and care. My questions were answered and my inquiries were taken care of immediately.

Heather Oshiro was a joy to speak with about my medical issue.

The only frustration I have is with my insurance company, how long it takes them to approve a procedure. Providence has no control over that, sadly! My experiences with this office and the imaging office have been excellent.

The nurse was quick and efficient with taking my vitals. Heather came very soon after th nurse left. Listened to me, checked what was need and gave me a great recommendation for my allergy problems. And told me to check back with her if they were not better in a few days. Very sweet lady. And her recommendation works very well. Thank you Heather.

On my last visit the Clinic I haven't seen my primary doctor Debra Gutierez because she isn't available at that time but there was a Physician Assistant Heather Oshiro is the one who take care and check my yearly routine check up. So far the PA-C Heather Oshiro wasn't bad at all.

All was a good experience until making appointment for lab work I need. Once home Lab Corp appt are just to far out. This is just rediculous the time we need b4 we can schedule.

I saw Heather, the Physician's Assistant, as Dr. Duke wasn't available. My appointment with Heather was fine, and I was able to get the information I needed and have her inspect the wound on my leg that had become infected.

She took time helping me fill out forms needed for work it was so helpful.

I was pleased that someone from Dr. Giglio's office called to say that he would be out of the office for the next few weeks but that I could schedule an appointment with Heather Oshiro. I was able to get a an appointment a couple of days later.Heather is excellent. She had read my chart before entering the exam room and was familiar with important background information that pertained to my visit. She is confident, friendly but all business, and offered two options pertaining to my care. I felt she had provided me with a well-thought out solution. I would give her high marks for the manner in which she performed her job.

First time I saw this health provider, as my regular doctor's schedule was full. I was listened to and then appropriate action: further tests and antibiotics were prescribed. My test results were available the next day. The office called to follow up and let me know of further testing. Excellent care given! I will be more than willing to see this provider again!
